He pushed him out of a plane? That's intriguing. Over a city? Yucky. Still, kind of like to know more about that. Cute story! I liked it when Lisbon turned from him at the beginning and the mention of turtlenecks made me chuckle. Great job!

As to your Author's note, I forgive you ;) sometimes we have to make exceptions! And as for the story! I absolutely loved it! The banter at the beginning should definitely be the start to the scene where they finally get together! I love their playful arguments! :) you're good, you're a good writer!

Yay! I like it a lot, and I also like that you recognize nothing would ever happen between them if red John was still in the picture. Some people try to put them together beforehand... _ it's hard to keep these two I character sometimes, and I think the shortness of the fic helped with that, but it was also a good job on your part.
