i really love the way that you write your stories, so far this is my favourite. Maybe it's a longshot now, but i do hope you update... i really do love your work.

Going to favorite stories I love now that I have account and oh no 'hiatus' that usually means story wont continue makes me sad not enough with genesis and sephiroth and you write in such a pleasing fashion. please say what ever is issue is over soon and can continue.

genesis! lord, can't breathe! i never saw him as so funny before but, he's just so furious its cute. and when he fell on the boards i about died. i never thought of sephie as introverted before either. it's hard to wrap my mind around. i've always seen him as liking the company of others, needed it really. he just didn't have a chance. his life i guess doesn't seem so bad if he hates being around everyone else.

Dear lord Genesis has the emotions of a pregnant woman. Nothing against the way you write him, I think it's rather in character but he must get exhausted!

And I can see Sephiroth marching through the house like he's on an inspection! I half expected him to run his gloved finger over the railing and tell Cid he'd be in trouble for all the dust.

And I can't be the only one who read "black material" as "black materia" Sephiroth with the orb was bad enough, the idea of Genesis with access to it gives me nightmares. He'd destroy the planet just because Sephiroth denied him sex or something.

And Cid, he never was one of my favorites, I hated the way he treated Shera. You seem to be trying to make him a nice guy, but he's really just an ass. If he was like this in the game I would like him better. Shera has 'battered wife syndrome' written all over her and they aren't even married. I mean she was willing to kill herself just to make him happy. I can't like a guy like that no matter how hard I try.

Just found this yesterday, spent most of last night and this morning reading it. It was startling and sad to see there wasn't anymore. Great story, things seem to be settling down, or getting there, but you have so many strands left out there. I was happy to find a story that was Sephiroth and Genesis, that didn't depict them as screwed up sexual deviants. Honestly that's the man reason they aren't my otp. Everything you see is just ugh. Anyway thank you for the story! It gives me some hope for the pair.

Nice! Haven't poked around the fandom a lot lately since support for this pairing seems to have died off, glad to see someone actively writing a serious story about these two. Keep up the good work!

Considering the other reviews you received, I can only assume you were making reference to mine (though I suppose that doesn't account for pm's.)

I think you missed my point in a few places, I'm not confused about why they are in such a stable relationship, its actually the reason I was able to read it when I normally don't care for Gen/Seph's fics.

Genesis's self confidence and fire are what makes his character, I just don't seem him falling apart that badly, but that's just me. He seemed to be doing better but on the inside he seems to still be struggling. Though he's manifesting his feelings in proper-Genesis like fashion so I can't fault to much.

With Sephiroth I wasn't complaining that he was being emotional/caring, more of the instances when he looses that given your own background you felt the need to explain once again. In fact in the first chapter he talks about how love is a new concept for him, but even if they had a rough start, their relationship seems to have been going on for over 2 years in a very stable way. That's not exactly new. Don't be afraid to reflect the fact that the man has actually been happy for awhile. Over all he's at least a better characterization then I run into, and I can understand the desire to keep him that cold uncaring man we see in the game, but again by your own words that's simply not who he is here.

Anyway loved the new chapter, Cid is always good for a laugh. I'm glad you made him semi-intelligent people often forget he is literally a rocket scientist.

I didn't expect him to be the owner of the mysterious land, but it makes sense. Anyway happy writing.
