At first I was slightly annoyed by the spelling errors but the story soon got really interesting that I found myself just ignoring the mistakes.
I really enjoyed your story. It's really original and it's about Usopp, which I haven't seen much in fanfics yet. Great job!

I loved this so much! It was enjoying to see how their relatioship went and the little coin trick.

This story was adorable. I love how you wrote the Yasopp-Usopp intereactions.

It's a downright shame to write one of the best complete stories in my favourite fandom and not even get the absolutely deserved amount of reviews it should have gotten...

Every Usopp/Yasopp interaction - from them not knowing about the other to Usopp realising who he's dealing with to Yasopp finally finding out about Sogeking being his son - was a delight to read and my fangirl squeels just wouldn't stop coming XD
I loved your Shanks. Somehow I thought you portrayed him a lot more serious and perceptive - and overall more typical captain-like - than I've ever read him in other stories (where he's just this drunken thirty-something irresponsible but cool guy). But I liked it. Especially how he demanded a reason for not giving Usopp his boat without delay.

OOOOoooooh and speaking of Usopp: Everything was brilliant! From him sacrificing himself to save Chopper, to him rescuing three seemingly random pirates from Marines, to him interacting with Shanks' crew and (in the end) the Straw Hats - and especially Luffy again.
I laughed so hard on so many parts of your story, I don't think I've ever read a more believable after-time-skip Usopp. I always thought that people don't gave him enough appreciation in their fanfictions and purely misuse him as a comedy-relief-device... It felt really good to finally read about him being praised for his creativity and marksmanship - and by his own father no less.

The only thing I have to criticize is your spelling. Honestly, there are quite a lot of mistakes in your story, so I'd recommend looking for a beta or using spell-check on your chapters.
Though I enjoyed your story so much, I barely minded the mistakes in favor of reading such a well-rounded story :D

I've only just found this by coincidence, and I've only read the first chapter yet, but I'm already completely overwhelmed with how AWESOME this story is!
Usopp is my favourite character, but finding fanfictions with him as a main character is nearly impossible - not to mention if you're looking for halfway decently done characterization on him...
This said, I'm absolutely stunned with what you're doing in this story - and I'm gonna read the rest of it right now XD

Hahaha, Chopper was so cute.
Luffy's reaction was great, it's just like him to be so confident of Usopp and every member of his crew.
And the ending was cute, the Red Hair Pirates are probably all groaning about the fact that Yasopp now has fresh material to boast about. But it's sweet to see him so proud of Usopp.

It was so funny when Usopp started boasting and Yasopp immediately called his bluff, hahaha. It was a cute scene. So was their parting scene where both of them were crying and insisting that they weren't. XD
And that stunt that Yasopp pulled with the coin was the perfect end to this chapter. It was so, so cool, and now Usopp has a memento from his father! How sweet.
