If that guy is following you you should report to the police. After that go get some items that you can use to defend yourself and heck even learn self-defense or if you know someone ask them if you can stay with them and tell them why. Just make sure to keep any self-defense items with you and learn martial arts as well. Also its ok, you tried at least.
