I teared up as I read this, no lie. It was so poetic and powerful. I like that theme of Xander coming to love how hard he has to work for his life instead of just having it carefully handed out to him. I like reading about him getting used to such a new life and learning to love it regardless. And that last thing, it was something I can relate to too. There are a lot of places and events in my past that I don't miss, but the one thing I always do is the people, and for the same reasons Xander had. And him having a daughter who wears a green wedding dress... Oh the tears, man!

This is so amazingly well-written and I believe these all have very strong points and are definitely some things Xander would say. I look forward to checking out more stories. :)

Oh my gawd... I'm totally crying my eyeball out right now, that was absolutely beautiful at the end.
