It is so funny : D :D. I loved it and completely agree with you. first of JK made an unforgivable mistake by sibling zone-ing Harry and Hermione's relationship, the way they treat each other is more than just friendship. I have never seen any of Weasley boys treating Ginny that way, not even in movies we saw Ron and Ginny hugging or comforting. Where was Ginny when Harry's name came out from goblet of fire? Then comes Ron, who from beginning wanted to become best friend ( or brother in law?) of famous boy who lived. I was always wondering why Harry did not become close friend with other muggleborns or half bloods like Dean Thomas, Justin F. or Seamus because they were his kind!? I don't hate Ron but I can't stop myself wondering that Ron never asked for help in his homework from Bill or Percy who were very disciplined and bright students, no one ever questioned this. Then again Hermione was too studious which is not good thing. She was never corrected for her insufferable bossy nature. If her dancing with Krum made her his hostage then Harry's hostage should have been Parvati isn't it?
Well book 6 was full annoying, all of sudden Harry notices Ginny and Hermione gets crazy for lazy Ron like they were poisoned with some potion. JK never gave the chance of forming good friendship between Harry and Ginny but directly jumped in dating which is difficult to digestm. people got the impression that Harry liked Ginny because she was hot, had nice skin, played quiddich and more over looked like his mother... ewww. If JK had paired Hermione with Neville that would have been ok because Neville was not lazy and jealous like Ron. Another thing to think is why did both Hermione and Ginny never made female friends from their own house or own year? Some time I think that they considered other girls as loosers. Whenever girls goes to school for first time they always befriend with the girls first cause it is obvious as an new adolescent they will not share their physical pain with the boys. I don't know how Hermione managed that : p

I wish this went a bit further to call out some of the stupid crap Rowling put in DH, but the opening argument about how Molly shouldn't be the one to kill Bellatrix is pretty great.

One of the best story ever, didn't get to review the last time I've read this though. Definitely love the logical arguments there, it's hilarious to boot and the lashing of the so-wrong pairings too XD I like Ron as a best friend to both Harry and Hermione but I just couldn't stomach him being paired with Hermione. Despite that I could accept Harry/Ginny, it's not entire right in my eyes either, since Ginny had a crush on a boy whom she never met when she was still young and suddenly sixth year happen. Definitely love the H/Hr here, even Molly seems to agree here where else in other fanfics Molly would definitely make sure that Ginny will get her hands on Harry.

How about they all cast the Killing Curse at the same time, that way everyone will get to kill Bellatrix.

Funny thing is jk rowling wanted to give harry a family and except weasleys and malfoys which family did you saw on books also she edited the parts of hermione's parents. After ranting about love for all seven books she did not follow her own advise

Actually, when you really think about it, the idea of Molly Weasley defeating Bellatrix is laughable (well, actually it's pathetic writing - but I was trying to be kind). An overweight housewife, who has never fought before (she was at school and then bringing up children during the first war, remember), who would have last cast an offensive spell over 20 years ago (in Hogwarts in DADA). suddenly becomes the new Superwoman? Sirius may have been fooling about in the department of mysteries, but he lasted a long time against Lestrange. Molly would have lasted about 3 seconds, or a bit longer if Bella decided to play with her food first again.

Just another example of JK's awful plotting. Thank goodness for fan fiction!
