This is probably the best Metal Gear Buffy crossover I've ever read. As for your question at the end, I'm not sure if anyone ever shot a Buffy vampire in the head but I think if someone used a large enough caliber to explode their heads it would count as decapitation and they would turn to dust. Maybe a 50 caliber Barret sniper.

Depend on whether Willow is Lesbian or Bi, for whether Xander marrying her would work out, I think it's likely that she's Bi, and just kind of got soured on men, due to her breakup with Oz, leading to her focusing her romantic intentions on women.
