The writing so far has been great and I hate to be that person but I did have a few problems with how this is being played out. If you watch TWD then you know the likelihood of them all separating is very low. They know they are safer in numbers so they wouldn’t separate to scavenge places and Rick at this point was too cautious to put his weapon away before properly searching the building and he definitely wouldn’t put his gun away whilst speaking to a stranger (injured or not) who was armed. Maybe it’s a move he would have made in the beginning but at this point Rick was more of a shoot first ask questions later kind of guy and if he did decide to go with that approach he wouldn’t give away the fact that he had back up. I understand you obviously don’t want to have too much conflict between Rick and your OC when first meeting so I can see why you might have wanted to do that but it just feels ooc to me

Wow. I'm late to reading this, but damn it was incredible! You have such a great imagination. I LOVED that we got a whole different Walking Dead storyline as well as a Rick Grimes romance. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. This was the perfect story. Honestly, well done. You did a great job. - J

and I'm done again. I have so much love for this whole thing. it's just so well written and has every bit of emotion that can be packed into one story. u know what I would love to see? some caramel skinned Michonne/Daryl babies with bright blue eyes lol. but that's just me. such an amazing job

.I hate nosey, intrusive old biddies, especially when I was pregnant. people just can't respect others bodies. ugh

so scary! I don't know if I would've been Lindsey though. my husband is a firefighter and every time he gets a call, my stomach clenches. I don't know if I'd want to know what happened or not. but the fear is real and hard to deal with. and Rick's anger is understandable. now one wants their spouse to put themselves in danger.

such a beautiful wedding. sigh...I just love weddings. they are so fabulous. and yeah this was everything they deserved and so much more. and hubba hubba what a wedding night lol

I forgot abroad it the terminus dream! stupid termites. and oh boy the Negan guy. ya know it's really hard to hate him now but I try to bring myself back to this time and remember all they went through with him and it gets a little easier.

ugh. I hated this scene in the show. not because it was bad or anything but because of the content. no one wants to even think about this much less see it play out. that being said, I think u did an amazing job with it, especially with Lindsey. I really felt her fear, along with Carl's and the Rick's hurt over not being able to help her. well done

and then ty. man oh man. yeah Carol's death here was indeed powerful and I think Ty's is too. he was a beast and I always felt he got a bit of a raw deal. I liked the former football player lol. poor Michonne...

still bawling. this hurts even more cuz of the whole Beth thing. I just hate him losing people

and there go the tears again. but really I'm conflicted about my emotions with this loss. like I love show Carol. she's pretty bad ass though she frustrates the bell outta me sometimes. but then comic Carol was a bit of a loon and I don't think I minded her death as much. I was also a Caryl shipper up until Terminus. then I was like nope! it's all about Carzekiel now lol. but right now I'm gonna be hurting for my sweet Daryl for a minute. I just wanna love in that beautiful man.
