Aarrg so gorgeous! This was a lot more about them and they relationship, I really love the scenes between them and no one else and in this caps there were a lot! Lovely!

I love this installment! I really feel like they're finding themselves and establishing themselves together in a new house with lots of possibilities:)

great story! I loved how they got their home together and Rick has some answers about why his mother left! I also loved the ceremony and events after :)

"Thank you, Katherine," Martha whispered fiercely. - I LOVE that. I love that Martha sees how much Kate has done for her and for Castle, the ways she's brought them together. Ohhh it makes my chest all fluttery and happy.

He shrugged, and she was content to let the silence remain. It was a shared silence, a shared emotion between them, and she didn't need to dissect it. - Love.

"Fuck it," she muttered. "Essential pieces only." - LOL that was awesome. Awesome.

"You do like to lavish me with praise. You're quite wordy." - HAHAHA I so love her. And you. Oh, yes.

It was ridiculous how her heart fluttered and her very soul trembled before him. - Wow. Wow. You. You kill me.

Kate tried to untangle herself from Castle, but the man was like an octopus in his sleep. - hahaha and that image. Oh, you're the best.

He smelled of shampoo and sweat, a strange and lovely combination that made her stomach flutter. - what can I say. I've told you a thousand times how much I love your descriptions, so I guess this will just make it a thousand and one :).

"I can make you happy too, Castle." - LOVE. LOVE. LOVE THEM.

He tapped his knee and lifted his gaze to Dr King; the man was settled back in his chair and had that expression. Unhurried, all the time in the world. Castle had no words even with unlimited time. - I really, really, really like how you wrote that therapy session. And as funny as it feels to see Castle without words - even in the show he's never been so good at talking about his own feelings, huh?

"You mean when I stripped off my clothes and jumped in the water?"
"I mean when you stripteased me to death," he finished, but he felt himself relaxing again. - UNFFFFF YES that was SO HOT

He liked watching her more than the play, but he had to admit that when his mother was out there, her voice certain and emotive, it tugged at something in him. - ohhhh Castle. oh my heart.

He had no memory of the after, only of the scent of his mother as she whirled around him, the kisses on his cheeks when she'd been successful with a scene they were practicing, the thrill of being helpful. - STOP DOING THOSE THINGS TO ME LAURA

"Oh, sweetheart, you were the star of the show." - YOU MADE ME CRY I HATE YOU

"Make you," he said, couldn't help the chuckle that bubbled in his chest. "Right, sweetheart. Like I could make you do anything at all." - Oh, I love that. I love how they have those moments when they're laughing together even in the middle of such a serious conversation.

He only grinned. "I'm all for sex. Of any kind. Sexual healing?"
"That sounds so lame."
"You sounded pretty enthusiastic about it only ten minutes ago." - HAHA, that was the best conversation ever. Mmm, so good.

Seeing him so deeply asleep released a tenderness in her that was drowning, a love that made her want to weep. - Ung. Wow. That's beautiful, Laura.

He'd never had anyone go quite that far, speak with such genuine and artless admiration, expecting nothing at all in return.
She thought he was beautiful? - That nearly put tears in my eyes. I swear. Jeez, what are you doing to me.

Also. I love Dr. King.

"Remember what I said," Jim laughed, slapping his back firmly. "You try to ditch her and I'm coming after you." - I love him so muchhhhh Jimmmm

He followed and found her there, looking tired but happy. He leaned in and found her mouth. - For some reason I just really like the simplicity of those lines, how they say just enough - how they say everything. Happy sigh.

She gave a little contented noise and swayed with him in the kitchen like she was dancing to some slow, quiet music. - Love that image. Just. love.

Castle's appointment was tomorrow morning, so when King concluded the joint session, Rick had to stand up and leave her there. It felt wrong, and she looked like she was facing a firing squad. - SHIT that hurt. That was, wow. A punch in the gut. Ouch ouch ouch.

When he'd boiled away half the wine, he began adding the spices and vegetables, the heat in the kitchen making him sweat. - okay, so a) Castle cooking is just incredibly hot. I hate you a little. and b) I just really like that he picks the most complicated recipe he can find and pours himself into it so he won't think too hard about Kate alone with Dr. King. It just - yeah, it's totally something I would do.

POOR SASHA WAS STUCK IN THE PANIC ROOM. Jeez, I'm not that much of an animal person, but that totally got to me. Unf. Love this line: Sasha came bounding out with a yelping bark and knocked into him, paws at his chest and tongue swiping his cheeks with a love he didn't deserve.

I LOVE THAT DOG.

He'd known it would be hard for her, that she wasn't the kind of person who worked well with therapy - at least, not at first - but he hadn't realized just how tightly her control was wound, just how easily shattered it was as well. - Unfnfnfnnf that HURTSSSSSS and the way she grips and just, oh my heart. I love how she went to him in the end though. That - helped. Yup.

Okay, so this whole exchange:

She'd been crying?
"Kate," he whispered.

Mmm, lovely description here: They ate without many words, mostly grunts and lifts of eyebrow, smirks of mouth, the occasional nudge of hands as chopsticks tangled.

Boxes were still piled in the living room like an obstacle course, but Castle had discovered that Kate had a frighteningly good memory, and she knew exactly were to go to find things still packed away. - I love that too. It sounds so right, haha. I'd be like that too - living off boxes because I'd know where to find the things.

She was a mystery, in so many ways, and finding just the right thing that would appeal to her mashed up, quirky, bohemian sensibilities felt impossible. - Ohhh I know that feeling too. Some people are just - much more difficult to find presents for than others, aren't they?

Shit, and I LOVE that Castle went to Jim. That's - wow, that's really cool. That he trusts him enough to do that. And that he'd rather go to Jim than take a step back and sleep in the panic room. That's awesome too.

"Son. I don't think you heard me. My daughter is a homicide detective. Her mother was murdered when she was only nineteen and it's bent her in ways we still can't yet see. Normal. . .son, normal isn't normal any more. Normal would be restricting Kate, putting fetters on her. She's so much more than normal." - UNF JIM BECKETT I LOVE YOU SO HARD SO HARDDDDD

"I love him too. And you, Castle. So the fact that you love him, that you guys are - close. That's just. . .that makes me happy." - and that. that is so true. How it just feels so right when two people you love get along and truly enjoy each other's company. mmm Laura, that's beautiful. Thanks.

He woke violently in the blue light of the panic room, ripped from the dream by Kate's hands caressing his face, her body over his and holding him down. - Oh shiiiit Laura, that image. Unf, you're killing me here. And then this:

Weeping. He was weeping. Fuck, everything was raw. - Jeeeeez, Castle. I just want to hold him FOREVERRRRRR.

"You're extraordinary," she whispered into his mouth. - Can I just say I love how you've turned that around? It's kinda perfect.

I can really hear say that. Not just the Beckett from Close Encounters, but our Kate from the show as well - I can totally see her being completely turned on by his promises. Mmm. I love that. I'm not sure anyone but you could make promises into such a hot, erotic thing ;).

SERIOUSLY, I JUST WANT TO PASTE EVERY SINGLE BIT OF THIS INTO THIS BOX, THAT KICKASS TAKEDOWN AND THE KISS AND THE EVERYTHING BUT THIS CONVERSATION:

"You're different too," he said simply. "You're not as dark-"

"Or desperate," she said then, interrupting him to squeeze her fingers at his elbow tightly. "Or drowning. I'm not drowning anymore, Rick, and that's you."

"It's a mutual thing," he murmured, turning to meet her eyes for a moment. The traffic was light; he wanted to watch her as she looked at him. "I was a machine - like you said, drawn in black with no relief and no thought for myself. I'd just started to feel. . .restless with it. It wasn't enough for me anymore but I didn't know how to change things. And then I met you."

YES YES YES YES YES TO EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS, THE WAYS THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED EACH OTHER, EVERYTHING THEY HAVE BROUGHT TO EACH OTHER

"And then I met you," she echoed, a smile gracing her lips. A tease, a flirt. Happiness instead of all the rest of it - which he knew he'd brought with him too. Anguish and horror and dark nights of the soul. He'd brought her both sides.

AND YESSSSSS THISSSSSSSSSSSSSS. THE FUCKING COMPLEXITIES OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP FUCKING SLAYS ME EVERY FUCKING TIME.

THE DRESSSSS AND THE WEDDING AND THAT DOCK AND IT IS ALL SO DAMN PRETTY LAURA IT IS ALL SO DAMN PRETTY AND SWEET AND QUIET AND PERFECT AND WONDERFUL AND HOW THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING IN SUCH A SCRAMBLED ORDER THAT IS SO SO RIGHT FOR THEM OH OH AND THE CHOCOLATE AND ROBBIE, THAT CHOCOLATE, AND DID I MENTION THAT DOCK, I DID, I DID, BUT THERE IT IS MENTIONED AGAIN BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE IT AND THERE IS LOTS OF STUFF I AM MISSING BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO MISS IT BECAUSE UNLESS I PASTE EVERY LINE INTO THIS REVIEW BOX NOTHING WILL EVER BE ENOUGH.

YO I AM REALLY SORRY BECAUSE I HAD SO SO SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS CHAPTER, SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR CONVERSATION WITH MARTHA AND THEIR HOUSE AND THAT DAMN DOG I LOVE SO MUCH, BUT THEN THAT SEX CONVERSATION KNOCKED IT RIGHT OUT OF MY BRAIN

AND THAT WHOLE CONVERSATION ABOUT SPY 3.5 AND THAT HAYLOFT, WHICH YOU KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT THAT, AND THEN ALL THOSE HOT DESPERATE ALLUSIONS IN SPY 2, AND THEN THE PART WHERE HE CALLS HER SEXY AND SHE SAYS HE'S GOOD AT IT AND HE SAYS HE'S GOOD AT HER AND THEN HEALING WITH SEXXXXXXXX BEST EVERRRR.
