I read your author's note and totally agree that the best parts of the movie is the emotion we get from Spock because of Kirk. I just loved that! | CalamityJim chapter 1 . 5/22/2013 This was pretty good, but a note on characterization. Spock doesn't use contractions. It is why he sounds a bit odd when he speaks in the shows. So when writing Spock's point of view it adds a lot to your characterization if you remember this and use 'do not' rather than 'don't'. Other than that its good. Keep writing on. |

Though I don't think it was as good as the original I give it a 9/10 :) There were plenty of things that still made you love it and Spock and Jim's scene is one of them. |
