Im sure you are getting reviews like this but why is "Charlene" stating all of rose's dialogue, twins do not share thought processes so theres no reason for it additionally, shes a fan from the show why is she not saving people like Raffalo its not like she doesnt know whats going on in her place i'd be saving everyone i could, instead of following the show to a t but replacing a single character actually chick in twist or turns if i wanted to read about the show exactl as it goes in canon id just watch teh series with subtitles

She's just stealing Rose's lines.

Also, very confused about something. It says "a young girl- much younger than what Charlene looked like before".

She looked 20ish before, so does she look 12-14ish now?
Or did you just forget to put the word 'not' in front of 'much'?

Love this story by the way. I don't often find 1st person narratives, so I enjoy the opportunity when I find one. A few typos here and there, but nothing too bad. Mostly just the wrong spelling of a word. Bawled vs balled, whether vs weather, that sort of thing.

I love me a good first person narrative. It is hard to find good ones. Charlene is either faking it really well, or is actually somewhat forgetful. She is taking everything really well...I'd still be freaking out. Although, I would have to play along to get to the point where I would meet the Doctor. I know he would be able to help me. Even if he could not get me back home, I know he would be able to help me set up a new life. Maybe even travel as a companion...

It would be so hard though...not to tell him about Gallifrey.
I think I would spend a fair amount of time exploring the TARDIS. She is technically infinite. I would talk to her a lot too. I still find it hilarious that she thinks her name is 'Sexy'
I laughed SO hard at that episode! It is easily my favorite episode.

The premise you chose to write, where the oc becomes Roses fraternal twin opened endless possibilities to change the narrative, dialogue, plot, or outcomes. You could've had both Rose and Charlene join the doctor, then you'd have been able to put in Roses canon Dialogue and also made Charlene her own. you could've had a point of contention between the sisters over liking the doctor but staying true to their bond and there would've been interesting drama over the parallel worlds and rose being sent there for good in Canary Wharf. But no, instead you've decided to write the entire doctor who script where essentially "Roses" name is instead "Charlene". As it is, I can't see this differing from canon at all; at least not where doomsday is concerned. Also, even if Rose stayed behind and the oc watched the first 2 seasons a dozen times, that doesn't mean she can't think or speak for herself and make her own dialogue. It feels to me like there was zero effort put into writing this.
