LadyScuffs chapter 1 . 7/4/2018 Almost two years later and I'm still coming back to your stories! Very good my friend, I still remember to come back to your stories when I get back on the Doctor Who ship. |
TVH Bookfan chapter 3 . 10/5/2017 Okay. I have to admit that I actually completed reading this chapter several weeks ago. but have only now taken the time to finally review. First of all, it's really surprising how much connections your characters have across the science fiction and fantasy universes. Knowing that Rose/Arkytor has past connections with Yoda of all creatures makes you wonder if there's any limit as to the fictional characters from our universe that can become real in the whoniverse. And since Yoda is in many ways like the Gandolf of Star Wars (or at least that's the way I like to think of him), the Doctor and Rose couldn't be in better hands. He has just as much good advice and wisdom to offer Rose as he did to Luke Skywalker in The Empire Strikes Back. Also, I find it hard to believe that Rose would feel forced to hide any nerdy interests from the Doctor after all their adventures together. I mean, time traveling is pretty much every nerd's biggest fantasy, and if Rose really loves it so much, then why would she want to make the Doctor believe that she never had interests in stuff like Star Wars in the past? That being said, I must admit to not being the biggest Star Wars fan myself. Not that I don't like the movies (I especially enjoyed The Empire Strikes Back), but I just never got as into them as I did with Doctor Who. Perhaps it's because I didn't watch them until I was an adult, or because it's a little too popular, but I will always have some appreciation for those movies for reviving interest in sci-fi back in the seventies and eighties. But what that confession out of the way, it was fun seeing Rose defeating Darth Vader the way she did, since it was so obvious that a dream of hers came true when she got to fight him with a lightsaber. And to see Marty Mcfly, Doc Brown, and even Bill and Ted show up at the end was fabulous. Can't wait to see what mischief they'll get our friends into in the next chapter. |
TVH Bookfan chapter 1 . 1/5/2017 I'm really loving these crossovers so far. I managed to watch the full first season of Merlin and part of the second, so I had a pretty good idea on this world and who everyone is. The interactions between Merlin and Prince Arthur are spot on, with Arthur constantly acting like a spoiled brat towards Merlin and the others, yet still seeming to appreciate Merlin's help. Good to see that at least Rose is able to speak her mind regarding his attitude, and if this is anything like the show, she and the Doctor are most likely going to get off the hook from their witchcraft charge with either some interference from Merlin or their own ability to escape from these situations quite easily. However, with Eris present, their troubles may not be over anytime soon if she succeeds at finding the Eye of Rassilon. Let's hope that Prince Arthur or even King Uther (although we are talking about someone who fell for a troll once) realize who the real witch is and become fully convinced that Rose and the Doctor are on their side. |
Second Silver chapter 54 . 4/10/2016 Yea, the amateurs usually are waaaaay easier. Well, because sometimes the Sontarans aren't brainless and easy to beat? I suspect that it has something to do with the danger magnet you have. Because very few people are stupid enough to directly attack River. Talking to yourself is perfectly fine. Well, unless a mysterious voice starts answering. His oversized ego is likely what makes the devices used to hold him fail in the worst/best moment possible. Yea, that would probably give her a better reputation. She's stalling, yes. But she's the Doctor's daughter. She's legally required to be mad. Yea, Missy dislikes using too many unoriginal ideas. Yea, loose ends are always kind of annoying. Don't say that Jenny. It was supposed to be a secret. Well, that and now all cereal boxes are running away in fear. Just once per day? Must be the slow days. Yea, you never have patience for anything. Yea, she's disappointed if she isn't called a monster twice per day. And replaced by someone who doesn't want you talking about their plans to someone who can help stop them. Yea, names are boring. Very boring. Don't underestimate Koschei NM. She always has a trick or seven under her sleeve. Yea, having someone check your thoughts would end the ruse pretty quickly. Yea, the crazy outfits rarely are part of good cosplays. Yea, magic weapons appear frequently in lots of places. Nah, Macho Land is three Universes down and 7 Universes to the left. Or somewhere around there. Directions for it cannot be asked. And look at the backfiring beam. Hello Clara. *hands bulletproof vest and extra immortality potion* Characters who are not 300% straight are receiving this for free. When I remember about it. Well sure, there are other realities with evil Claras, but they're usually a little easier to spot. Yea, coincidences don't exist. Unless the Doctor is busy. Yea, those bad guys are always wanting to prove themselves to be THE MOST POWERFUL THREAT EVER! Yea, Death can be kinda annoying when you reject her. *hands Cassandra Cillian a bulletproof vest and an immortality potion* Well, it may sound ridiculous, but it works, so it doesn't really matter. Well, of course it's going to be over soon. Yea, it's always good to have a backup self-destruct plan for emergencies. At this point I'm sure that the repair shop doesn't even close the door anymore. Yea, better to have every single ally possible even if they're temporary allies. Yea, it would surely help stop the nuclear war, but would only leave a bigger problem. Yea, no one wants to risk Missy having the book. And that's why you shouldn't leave Ashy alone for more than 5 seconds. Also, *hands bulletproof vest and immortality potion* Well, it's your own fault Ashy. River says Arrow spoilers. Ok. I think that I'm calmer now. Just kidding. I want to point all the Legends towards Damien Darhk to kill him, then go back one day in his personal timeline, kill him again, then go back, then kill him again, and repeat this until it gets to kid him. Then erase him from existence. Bonus points for Sara doing most of the killing. Yea, I'm kinda annoyed by what they did, creating the flashforward thing to do the "SOMEONE IMPORTANT IS GONNA DIE!" and then leaving the part about actually deciding who's gonna die to a little before killing them instead of having decided it from the start. Or to have a direct quote from an interview: "Mericle and Guggenheim said the writers didn't want to kill off the character in question, but they felt they needed to pay off the storyline set up in the premiere. At the time of the premiere, the writers hadn't yet figured out who they were going to put in the grave." Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Clara Oswald Package to prepare. You know, Immortality, complete freedom (possible time machine) and a companion (Immortality can be added). Or just save her and take her to the Waverider. I imagine that Rip would find it... hard to argue against it when Sara stared at him. |
Second Silver chapter 53 . 12/22/2015 Poor bench, what did it do other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time? Don't worry about the boringness for long Buffy. Statements like that always attract trouble. Maybe they heard that you were extremely annoyed and decided to run away. They do the same when they hear that the Doctor is bored. Holiday for the undead? No, never heard of any official ones. Oh, the talking to yourself is perfectly normal (-ish). A small tornado? Right. Then she wasn't too annoyed. Of course the trees got in your way. Let's see, laugh-y, evil-y, crazy-y, with that title... Hey if you want the job as a living library then I'm afraid that the position is already taken. Yea, smiling there would have been kinda cover-breaking. Big magic power? *giggles* The bigger the power the more they fall. Seemingly at random? Either there's a hidden pattern or it's a distraction. You just jinxed it with the fighting the local heroes thing, didn't you? It could be in your DNA Andromeda. Everyone just panics. Trouble is the Universe's middle name. You let Jenny get into your head. She doesn't leave that easily. Yea, the Doctor is a source of great ideas for his children. *discreetly receives money to keep praising him* Yea, Missy has the "Ultimate Survivor" genes. People who try to kill her generally end up suffering very unpleasant fates. Yea, it was a terrible mistake. Well, about those chameleon circuits... I blame either the Doctor or Idris for the sabotage. Not to mention that calling yourself "Me" breaks nearly every single Earth language that has ever existed. Of course you agree with Clara. Who else would protect you from River when Rose is busy? Smart Ashy. Of course Clara is a danger magnet. Or course that talk was jinxed. And I'm feeling random. Having this image in my head of 10 Victorious trying to hide from Clara Victorious and 12 Victorious. Dimensions In Negative Energy Readings. My mind apparently decided to classify Ashy as Fred. I did tell you that I was feeling random. |
totallyau chapter 53 . 12/16/2015 Loved it will they realise it's fake jenny where is the real jenny |
Knight Writer 95 chapter 18 . 11/12/2015 Before I say anything, I have to let out a fanboy scream of excitement! (SCREAM!) OK, I think that this is one of the best multi-fandom crossover fics I've ever read. I'm so glad that you're still doing this because it is an idea too great to let go of. The characters are all well written and extremely entertaining to read as they bicker and slap each other. I especially loved it when Rose slapped Q. Even the villain is someone that we can sympathize with to an extent. She's not truly evil, she's just trying to fix her life to be the way she wants it to be but of course, when she gets what she wants the man she loves is miserable. The climax was great, though I personally felt it was a bit rushed. I would have liked to have known how Indy, Sam, Melody, and the others felt exactly rather than just them telling us. But if that's the only complaint I have so far, it's a very small one. I have not read a fic that has made laugh and smile this much in I don't how long. It's suspenseful, funny, and irresistible. I look forward to the rest, especially you crossover with The Flash and The Librarians (two of my favorite shows!). The only fandoms missing from this fic as far as I'm concerned are Warehouse 13, Marvel's The Avengers, and Frozen (even if we are all sick of it and that song). Now if you'll excuse me, I have a lot more reading to do. Keep on writing. |
Second Silver chapter 52 . 10/11/2015 Theories that sound perfectly plausible... You mean like the ones that the Doctor comes up with sometimes? Rose doesn't do plans within plans. She does plans within plans that are plans within other plans. Yea, that's the thing about history books. They aren't always very complete. Jenny being subtle about Dr. Wells. And here's a bit of skill with telling the eyes to shut up and listen. Yea, it's "kinda" hard to make the Grace change their minds. Yea, time travel is complicated. Yea, can't have him comparing notes with the "enemy", can we? Yea, I'm sure that most electrical grids can't quite match the Time Lords' high energy standards. I'm sure that the vanity is a family thing. So, my scanners tell me that the person I'm looking for is... Right behind me. Yes yes yes, in your time they're already dead, but right now it's their time, and they're alive right now. Trying to get Rose, trying to get rid of River, trying to get rid of Jenny, the Valeyard's plan... They're really trying to get rid of any threats to them, aren't they? And it still won't be enough. Well, you might be technically faster, but there's also the fact that you were also fighting Jenny. Yea, the newspaper used to check if the future is changing. Yea, horrible weapon of mass destruction. "Meddlesome time travelers" is a very accurate description of the family. Well, Jen's family is the first in line to do the arguing. *stops rewatching the premieres* Whose grave is that? And great security system Cisco. |
Second Silver chapter 51 . 8/30/2015 Everyone just sort of tunes out about this secret identity thing. How else can you explain Superman? Yea, villains usually are more... Obvious. Most times. Sort of. Cisco and his superhero nicknaming. Well yea, being a hero gives you a little "Only One Stupid Enough To Do This" card. Cisco, don't complain about her "not intimidating" look. You don't want to see her when she's angry. Trouble? Noooooo, they don't get in trouble. Neeeever. What gave you that impression? You're kind of maybe slightly predictable Cisco? Yea, Jenny seems to be a bit famous in the future. But apparently the future has no information about how it's a terrible idea to do a Deal With The Devil/Brethren. You'll learn to deal with it Mary. Out-of-order meetings are relatively easy to deal with compared to other things. I would feel sorry for Mary's new pin cushion. I would. Maybe. A child of the Doctor carrying a secret plan while making the enemy dizzy by talking? When has that ever happened? Yea, one tends to notice that altering the course of Universes is a thing that they do while you're writing about their adventures Prime. I wonder who plays Jack and River in the FlArrow Verse. Rory can be explained as "Rip is a time traveler and was bored". |
totallyau chapter 51 . 8/20/2015 Loved it trying to go after jenny big mistake the timey wimeyness is perfect Mary before she knew them |
Second Silver chapter 50 . 7/29/2015 Going mad? You're a bit to be asking that. She was mad from the moment she met the Doctor. They said you're immune to everything, they said that they wouldn't ever be defeated , they say a lot of things. They're always confident. Right until they lose. Then they're too busy screaming. I can just imagine Rose shouting "I'm pregnant" at the start of every battle. Yea, she does the nicknaming thing very often. I can just feel the waves of True Love from them. That or the waves of Doctor-ness. It's hard to tell the difference. Knowing the future is always such a cheery thing. Worry about Melody? No need for that. You should be worried about anyone who decides to attack her however. Well, it's always worth a try. You don't want to spend three hours trying the normal ways before trying and finding out that the Colts work. That's an interesting experiment. Can I copy it with other villains? Those little pesky variables not accounting for triplets. A true smart person wouldn't stop until it was infinity times more power than normal. And even then they would still be searching for more. Clearly you've never met a certain Time Lord if you think Arthur is the most arrogant person. I'm sure that the kissing is also to make Rose forget about asking her mums for help with the kids. It's always timey-wimey. Hi Revvy. Are you having fun? No matter. But you still can't kill the Flash. |
totallyau chapter 50 . 7/9/2015 Loved it so Clara pete and Sarah are triplets never saw that coming and they saved there mum aww, first twins then triplets will they have quads next river making the joke to rose pregnant ten times and rose saying I'll tell my mums |
Second Silver chapter 49 . 6/4/2015 "Relax, there aren't any major invasions scheduled for now. I'll be back with all the major sorcerers in a few days." Universe: Fate has been tempted. Tell everyone to please stop pointing their swords at Jenny, it's not safe. That thing about death and some villains. It never seems to stick for long. Thanks for helping raise morale Doctor. The crazyness is really really strong with this family. Doctor, stop copying River. Future task of their choosing? Really? What's next? You're going to ask for a favor from Rumple without specifying what's your payment? [THIS MESSAGE HAS BEEN REDACTED AFTER HITTING A WALL WHEN IT FAILED A THOUSAND TIMES] *goes to not-get a time machine to see Rory the Time Master* |
totallyau chapter 49 . 5/31/2015 OMG poor rose hope she and baby Clara will be ok do they have no moral trying to kill a pregnant woman hopfully she gets help maybe the most powerful person in that universe knows rose somehow |
Second Silver chapter 48 . 5/10/2015 Third-rate megalomaniac? That's a great rank. Rail Boy? I'll file that as another of the nicknames. River sure does love her in-jokes, doesn't she? Why did you stop smiling Dulaque? Worried? Yea, not a good a idea to keep saying those things about high-minded moral principles near River. Interesting sword. Can I take it for a moment? Yea, the legend sounds more... Mystical. So, attacking Rose with that sword, not smart. Run Dulaque Run. Don't worry River, the rules don't work for about 5 minutes in the case of death or something like that. No idea either. Could you clarify it Clara? Are you talking about someone specific? It's good to see the Doctor recognizing the chain-of-command. Coincidence... Riiiiiiiiight. |
