I know Harribel would be leader for 3 reasons.
1.) she is the most rational out of the emo, blood thirsty warrior, and the lazy dog.
2.) she has the best Record of leading her underlings and would leader become Queen of there realm.
3.) she is the 2ed strongest and highest ranking out of the espoda there. Except fir stark, but he would waint someone else leading.
