Guy is a Shinigami, he can just go to the MBI without a body, who cares if they have defense against soul attack they can't see him. By the time they realized he attacked its too late, and he can save Orihime already. But instead he went around saving people and letting Orihime to her own device.

This doesn't make sense. What if someone force-wing Orihime, why doesn't Ichigo think of that. By that point, its too late for him then.

Everything about this story is amazing. Ichigo being well trained and OP but has to restrain himself for the sake of the human world. His camaraderie with Yammamoto is refreshing. And the fact that Ichigo's relationships are well done in believability and pacing! -chapters 1-11.
