this made me emotional. especially the part where Susan remembers. I really liked when Jack mentioned how alone the gaurdians let him feel, you don't see it in enough stories even though his dealings with pitch showed it bothers him

Jack made me cry again! When I watched the movie the first time it was hard not to feel for him then but it is nice to see Susan once again reminding the guardians of their duty. Your stories are extremely thought provoking. I am so happy to have found these little treasures!

Wauw. That was... that was amazing. I liked the first part, it was fun to read, but when Jack started about his family and how he had forgotten him, especially the things Susan told me. It made me cry. It's amazing how you can catch the point of love in this fanfic. It's just.. Thank you. Thank you so much.

"Love always trusts, always protects, always hopes, always perserveres" indeed. Oh I loved this - how well you brought out Jack's very real pain - knowing he forgot that which was most important to him, and then also his loneliness. And Susan's reminder - he *isn't* alone anymore, and in some ways, he never was - who better to say it than Susan, who after all, knows all about loneliness. Loved how you handled Tooth and Susan meeting as well as the contrast and similarities between them. And oh, that last tag, it may be a story that we know the ending to, but it's still a horrible tease!
