While I’m disappointed, I totally understand where you’re coming from here. As a fellow writer with their stories “on the back burner” though, I caution you against leaving them there too long. In my personal experience, the longer I’ve left it there, the harder it is to come back to. I know I’m kind of the pot calling the kettle black here, but I’d hate to see my fate befall another if I can help it. I still hope to come back to my stories someday, but I find them falling constantly lower on my list of priorities as time goes on.

I've just started reading this and it is really cute and clever. A young Kurama gives him room for real character development early on instead of randomly deciding he's going to be nice in the fic when they really didn't get off on the right foot in the show. Watching them grow up together is sure to be a real treat. I especially love this storm scene.
