My heart just went through an emotional roller coaster with this fanfiction lol i absolutely loved it, i finished it far to fast in my opinion. Its beautifully written as well which of course is always a plus. I cant lie though the ending was very heartfelt and sweet but lacking in conclusion. Regardless though it was still a very nice story. It was nicely paced and had the perfect mixture of including the real TV show events as well as your own plotline/background. I seen a mention of a sequel but i also took note of how long its been since this fanfiction has been posted so though it may be expecting the improbable but I really do hope a sequel is in the making and is going to get posted soon lol this story is just to good not to have a followup plus it would be amazing to have an answer to the connection between Klaus and Caroline, Kol and Bonnie's potential possibly in the making relationship, Matt and Kol's budding friendship, the adjustment of everyone who came back from the other side, and so many of things lol anyways though this was an amazing story and i hope to find more like it for future readings. Thank you for sharing it with me and everyone else that has also had the pleasure of reading it.

This was such a good Klaroline fic! You are so good at keeping them in character and making them interact and their relationship develop realistically. Amazing job! Sequel please!

I'm really late for this story, but I just had to leave a comment on it. As someone who has a really hard time finding Klaroline fanfics that I enjoy and keep both Klaus and Caroline in character, I really liked this story. Klaus and Caroline weren't ooc and I loved that you decided not to completely follow the plot of TVD but bring in your own changes. In general, it felt to me like the plot you've made worked really well, even though I feel like Caroline has been bit by werewolves one too many times (but I realize it was supposed to contrinute to the plot of the sequel that never happened).
I loved that the romance was a slow burn and it felt more realistic to me than if Klaus and Caroline would start sexing it up two chapters in. I think you captured their dynamics almost perfectly. Plus, I loooooooved that you kept Kol around and his interactions with everyone, it made me laugh so many times!
Great story over all and if the sequel will ever be published, I'll definitely be sticking around for it :)

I binge read this story again and I hope you do sequel of it. This is one of my favourite Klaroline stories and The ending just calls for the sequel. I hope you do it. Its one of my all time favourite!

Really enjoyed the story! I especially loved the Mikaelson family dynamic and the road trip ending (Love me a good road trip). Matt and Kol's friendship and really all the friendships - Matt/Caro, Stefan/Caro, Bonny/Caro, Elijah/Klaus (burgeoning bromance) - were just so heart-warming. Looking forward to that sequel!
