That was really interesting, I wish there were more post IM3 stories out there like this one!

This was the first fic I've read that's about Iron Man 3 and I must say, I'm not disappointing.

Oh Man, That Was Crazy! Fury Sure Has Impeccable Timing, Doesn't He. XD

I love the image of what that craziness and Tony's courage looked like from an outside perspective.

By the time I read the part with Stark saving the 13 people, I realized just how much I was enjoying this overview of IM3 from this other perspective. It's fun.

"Stark was standing in front of her, hands out in front of him, obviously trying to calm her. It seemed time off wasn't the only reason they were out of town."
...Oh! That just made me sad! Poor Pepper! I love Tony and Pepper so much!

As soon as Tony started to panic and Pepper switched gears and immediately came to his aid, I squealed "Oh no!" They see each other through! 3

I definitely can't get behind Tony being done with Iron Man. I consider his blowing up the suits an expression of love toward Pepper and a symbol of freeing himself from his cocoon of anxiety/obsession. That was what I considered being part of the "changed man" thing. I still don't think it meant no more Iron Man for him. But regardless, I really enjoyed this one shot.

I REALLY liked how you kind of brought us abruptly into that grey area after IM3 but before Pepper getting "sorted out" That was really cool! And while being kind of crazy and all over the place, it was truly angsty and very poignant.

After that ridiculously long PM I sent you I did as I said: read this story. And although I absolutely love this it didn't soothe my sore fangirl-feels, because I still can't accept the fact that he blew up the suits... It will be intereting to see Avengers 2.
And the pepperony in this story is, as always, wonderful! Pepper throwing Tony into a wall, hm? I really shouldn't enjoy that thought as much as I do...
