You still have a basic logic inconsistency in this story. Both the horcrux and the blood wards were draining his magic, yet he has less magic after both are gone? If the horcrux was leeching his magic, then it could not have been giving him more power. You just can't have it both ways.

However, I love stories where Harry breaks free of Ol' Twinkle-eyes, and this is a fun one despite that plot hole, so I'm definitely going to keep reading.

Hm, resolutions aren't bad but I can't help hating Snape and therefore think that he got away too lightly. In my opinion he's a traitor to Wizarding Britain. Oh, and Dumbles is aiding and abetting that treason. He made potions tuition HELL for all except Slytherins and probably a couple Ravenclaws, who might or might not be from Death Eater families *wink, wink*. So, with TWO known exceptions (Tonks for determination to become an auror and Granger for brains) he made it impossible for anyone except Death Eater material to become healer or auror, as those need the potions NEWT anyone else doesn't get because of Snape's "teaching" methods. Riddle returns, the only fighting force the ministry has is immediately on his side, and all mudbloods, halfbloods and blood traitors in St. Mungo's are immediately euthanized, and they won't treat anyone except Death Eaters, their families and their sympathisers anymore. And murder everyone else who dares beg for medical help. Perhaps rape a couple mudblood children to death for fun. All thanks to Snape.
Kai chapter 1 . 9/4/2019
After twenty minutes Harry is sure that no underage magic warning will come. That's a bit stupid, but you took that from the even stupider events in canon, so that's not on you.

When the cake hits the wife of Vernon's business partner they don't even have cleaned their eyes thoroughly to see when the owl enters to deliver the letter. They must've time travelling owls in the ministry, bred by the DOM.

The magic is registered, a decision is made that it wasn't an allowed for exception, the letter is written, the letter is fit to the owl, the owl leaves the ministry and has a flight time of roughly three quarters of an hour. I calculated here with the distance from St. Paul's Cathedral to the centre of Guildford, and took the maximum flight speed of a barn owl. And yet, in canon it takes SECONDS to have that letter delivered.

Same with the dementor story. Only that a lot more people were involved there, including the Minister for Magic and his fat undertoadcretary, who at that time of the day should be either at home, or loitering around Hopkirk's office because they know what will happen. That's the reason why Harry has time to lug the stupid blimp home before the letter arrives. But the other letters, too, arrive much too soon. Dumbledore doesn't have Harry's letter prepared in his pocket when he starts telling the minister that the law handles cases like that differently. And yet, Harry has barely read the expulsion letter when Dumbledore's arrives. And Sirius' just a couple moments later. And Dumbledore's to Petunia a half second after Vernon threatened to throw out Harry now, regardless. Just as impossible.

Now imagine purebloods would get such admonishments. Would the owl be able to hop within a second to Ottery St. Catchpole, too? Or even to a mudblood from Northern England/Scotland/Northern Ireland. Surrey isn't that far from the City of London, but with a negative travel time, who knows?
