For a few hundred words, this sure says a lot. I love the "closet full of personalities" line. (Nice simile, and very fitting for a model.) And the one about Elesa having lost herself in all the stardust. (So beautifully sad, IMO.) And Burgh's artwork having a sense of realism that Elesa hasn't seen in any photograph. (The apparent contradiction there makes it really effective, I think.) So, lots of amazing lines, basically. :D

Can I ask what the title's supposed to mean? I tried to Wikipedia it but I'm hopeless at science and I have a feeling that it's probably some incredibly clever metaphorical thing that I'm failing to pick up on. XD
