nocloudypooh chapter 137 . 6/5 I like the original take in this, how Time reacted with every change. The drabble format is a nice touch, it captured the essence of the story without making any character appear too strong, which lends to the characterisation. Hermione was depicted well I feel, gluing all the different aspects of her without making it obvious. I do wish Snape’s thread had a more conclusive ending since Hermione being nice to Snape was indicated as the start of a series of changes. Snape giving up on life is very real and I could believe that to happen, but it contrasted greatly with how he didn’t attempt suicide in his younger days which left more questions than answers. I like Sirius’ thread too, on coming back from the Veil. Though it makes me wonder why he still had to go to Azkaban when Peter Pettigrew is the known killer. It’s almost like he’s from the second timeline (the one where Sirius is alive after the battle of Hogwarts). |
Cria Crysalis chapter 137 . 12/3/2019 Finding Time was a breath of fresh air. I liked that you had Hermione dealing with the past, and not unnaturally powerful. The hints of what happened to Sirius in the veil were intriguing, and made me wonder if he was from the previous timeline too. The way in which Alice and Frank were brought back was original, and bittersweet. Great portrayal of Harry, Ron, and Hermione's friendship. |
reebajee chapter 70 . 11/13/2018 Swore on her magic, aye? So how come she still has magic now- er, then? Gosh, tenses when dealing with time travel is a pain. |
House of falling cards chapter 137 . 4/27/2018 I really love what you did with the trope. The flow and how things just gradually brought to the current situation. I love how the relationship progressed, it just fit so perfectly. Honestly it became one of my favorite fics for RLxHG. |
Adahmel chapter 1 . 1/1/2018 That was a brilliant first chapter, a great way to catch the readers attention. I forgot were I was for a moment! |

Sissy Boo chapter 18 . 9/5/2016 Hermione is being as arrogant as Voldemort to think that no one had discovered the Room of Requirement before they did in 5th year. |
Sissy Boo chapter 12 . 9/5/2016 How does Remus know what the Great Squids arsecrack taste like? |
CharmingCharmain chapter 53 . 7/5/2016 I just want to say how much I'm enjoying this fic, and the style with the one-shots is really good; it makes it rather suspenseful and gives the story a bit of flow even if the action is not really high. Also, as soon as I started reading this chapter "Secrets" by OneRepublic began playing and I thought it was very fitting. :D |
What Happens When I Do THIS chapter 137 . 6/28/2016 Wow. I really loved this story. I was a bit unclear about the locket: why it was so powerful, if Hermione dream-Conjured it, and why Miss Grey seemed to be a Hermione's brain-guardian-spirit. I enjoyed the drastically different periods of Hermione's life that this covers - the past, present with modifications, and Muggle/recovery life. I had been expecting it to end, as all other time-travel fics have, after Hermione returned to the present and completed her mission. I love the tension of Hermione deciding to break the law, then having to confront the drastic consequences. The switch between Hermione and Remus playing teacher/guardian for each other is fantastic. I'm glad you didn't make romance the driving plot in this, since Remus and Hermione are such accomplished characters on their own. Amazing job. |
