This is a fantastically well written story. I love the plot and your characters and Delena. I hope nothing happens to Miranda's baby. Maybe a little Damon blood will keep the pregnancy intact? Yes, Damon deserved the wallop by her!

So I don't really read much Vampire Diaries fic anymore these days, but I still come back and check on this story every couple of months to see if there is an update and get ridiculously excited when there is. So I'm sorry I haven't commented before this, but I love this story so much and I am so glad you are still going with it.

I was wondering how well Damon's compulsion was going to work when everyone else in Elena's life knew about him and their relationship, so I love the way that that is playing out. And I loved seeing mama bear Miranda. The way you have written Miranda and Grayson and their relationship, as well as the intact family unit is one of my favorite things about this AU.

The little cameo of Lexi was great, as was the Damon and Stefan stuff in this chapter. Their relationship was always one of my favorite things in the show, and I love how you are exploring the complexities of their love and devotion to each other, even in the face of the damage they have done to each other.

And Jeremy and Anna! I adore them so much and I was so worried about the fallout from her compelling him, but I love the way you've gone with it. And his line of "Because I wasn't around back then." gah I love you.

Can't wait to see where you go with Tyler, and with this ominous cliffhanger with Damon and Grayson :)

This is a page turner. I've read it all today. Love the lengthy chapters and the mystery of it. Loved Miranda giving it to him, he deserved it for compelling Elena. I hope she remembers again and he gets his head out of his ass and realizes that he does love Elena. It's like TVD Damon, afraid of rejection, he destroys it before it can happen.
Love it.

I also hope Miranda manages to keep the baby. That would be interesting development. Curious what Elena's plan is to regain her memory. You can keep Lexi far away. She was irritating enough in those few episodes she appeared in. So eager to know more.
