There's a story by CL Moore that had a premise similar to this. A man is visited by two potential children. each has come from an extreme future that appeals to the child in question. One militant and "glorious", the other peaceful and stagnant. He chose a third way, a third wife.

I thought of it immediately seeing the description blurb for your tale.

This is a wonderful one-shot. Loved seeing Lucy again, and your choices other his other kids & potential wives were great. Since you've done the story with Lillian Summers, it would be interesting to see a story where he ends up with either Susan or Fleur some day too.

I thoroughly agree with not acknowledging the awful epilogue too.

Sometimes a purposefully vague endings works, and sometimes it doesn't. For me, this was one time where it kind of didn't completely work for me, but I still loved the entire story.

Definitely an interesting take on "ripple effect".

One must be very careful how you state an incantation, particularly if you're not sure about the translation. All in all, things turned out great for Harry, and I personally think that it was Hermione that he ended up with, but any of the Girls would have been great too. It was a fun read. Thank You. TTFN

Okay, so you didn't tell us who you had him marry, but one important fact was left out I think. What happened to the horcrux in Harry's scar? This could be a guide for a more detailed fic.

Really like this but wish it was longer. Funny ending even if it was doable considering the modified timeline.

I also was really REALLY tempted to add Albus Severus Potter to the list of kids if only to type out Harry's and Snape's reaction to the name, but in the end I decided against it as it would mean acknowledging the epilogue.
You should have definitely have done it. It would have been hilarious!

I am not sure if there is an official definition of what an alternative reality is, but for the sake of the fic I went with the whole for every choice you make a new reality is created.
I have heard that there are technical differences in the definition of alternate reality and alternate universe but the difference is mostly technical and really only quantum physicists can understand the difference.

The last one to be added was Adeline who was a bit off a joke.
Based on their characters I think it was realistic...and in some ways more realistic than canon. She wound the 2-3 year difference with Harry to be huge so why would she even look at a guy a decade her senior?

These would have been hilarious as well. If you did a femDraco I would have used it as a way for him to get close with Narcissa lol!
