OK, so this is an interesting start but your summary actually brought another thought to mind.

Say what if Naruto was a kid Shisui was one of his watchers/trainers/friends one of the few that made Naruto stronger. So even though Kuramas loathes Uchiha he thinks Shusui acted very Un-Uchiha like and doesn't won't his container to continue to be weak especially with the Buji Hunters on the lose so when Itachi implants Shisuis eye (which contains his DNA) Kuramas decides to rebuild Shisuis body?

This seems really promising... I'd love to read more. I'll be optimistic and Follow :)
