Great read. Read it all in one setting. Articulate and well put together. I would have enjoyed if it was flushed out a little because the opportunity for major angst is there, but the way you kept it short and sweet was also very tasteful. Thank you for an awesome story!

I'm still trying to figure out how it is that Emma takes Henry when she has no legal rights to him at all I think that Emma needs to be an adult and send a little boy home to his mother because she has no rights to him point-blank.

This story is off to a great start. I've read a ton of SQ fics and the following line is one of the most powerful in its simplicity. Regina does that, says a paragraph in word, in a look. Great way to capture her essence!

"Sheriff." Regina said a paragraph in one word.

That was literally the hottest depiction of Regina breaking Emma that I have ever seen. Holy hot damn.
