After all JARVIS stands for, Just A Random Very Inteligent System. That is if i am not mistaken. I cant quite remember in which film it was mentioned.

Amazing! I absolutely loved it! I have never seen such an incredible fanfic before. I really liked it and enjoyed reading it even more! I must say that i found it very interesting and at some point quite emotional or even amuzing. I believe you are a great writer just because of how well you succeeded in expressing the avengers and everyone else. You actually expanded very nicely on their characters and i really liked that. About the S.H.I.E.L.D. acronym. Yes the second one is the correct one. It is how it is named in the movies. I specifically learned it from wathing "IRON MAN" the first movie. We see coulson there a couple of times, most of them speaking with pepper and he mentions to her that he works for the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division, on which pepper jokes that it is a very long name. Now, the one that you found online is wrong. Someone probably changed it for fun. I must say it is the first time i see it and i cant stop laughing! It seems someone decided to make fun of SHIELD. Very nicely done, actually. Hahaha!

Agent Hill: What does SHIELD stand for, Agent Ward?
Agent Ward: Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division.
Agent Hill: And what does that mean to you?
Agent Ward: It means someone really wanted our initials to spell out 'shield'.

Agent Ward was my favorite character until the events of Winter Soldier, then he turned out to be HYDRA. Coulson now once again holds my 'favorite SHIELD agent' spot.

For Sam I would guess that he would feel insecure about helping Steve. That he is just a sidekick or replacement for Bucky and the rest of the Howling Commandos
Ant Man, his criminal record seems to obvious, especially since Tony is probably public about how he hates his 'Merchant of Death' past, and Natasha's history is all online. Maybe concerns about keeping his daughter safe?
What about War Machine? Maybe about how he stole Tony's suit, or never realizing that his best friend was literally dying, or the extent of his PTSD at that
