I really liked this; so full of the feels, and I like this interpretation of Feliciano. He's not as much of a wimp, but at the same time I still just want to hug him. I feel so terrible for him, and man, I'm really starting to hate Austria.

I thought this bit would have Romano already, so I'm a bit disappointed. Hopefully you'll update the rest soon. I will keep the alert for this thing - it was a good read.

who the hell is lombardy!? and where is romano?! the whole reason i clicked this was to see BOTH the north and south italy! Why is Austria such an ass! I wonder if N Italy will find France and beat him to a pulp. I mean not only does he kill holy rome but he makes him marry Lombary wo is very unpleasent by the war...can you please up date soon so I can see what happens next? sheepish smile

We saw Tuscany, and we saw how Austria treats the people under him and why Feliciano would want to get away from that.

I'm just trying to get over just how incredibly terrible Austria is right now. I would not trust him to be in charge of everyone.

This was so amazing and it's very wonderful to see another side of other characters. Will the next vignette be about Romano?

You totally succeed at writing a dark and compelling story. I'm hating on Austria so much right now. Not so much Lombardy, though, because he's just a kid and a victim too. Will keep reading and hoping Italy delivers epic karmic justice on those who wronged him, but hopefully on someone who isn't a kid... and who's name rhymes with Austria

Ha! Those bandits had no idea they were messing with the Italian terminator. I didn't quite get why italy is supposed to sick of fighting, though. Who has he been fighting? Mostly, it seems like Italy has let everyone else in his life take control of it, which is partly why I'm glad Germany isn't in this fic. The fight was seriously one-sided, so I can't wait for when someone closer to Italy's skill level fights him.
