Okay, first off, this is EVERYTHING. A drunk 13-year-old Dick and a worried/freaked out Wally at a party? Uh, yes please! A kidnapping plot sabotaged? Yas. Tons of bromance and Daddy Bats? Hell yeah. I loved this so much. Wally and Dick are such great matches as friends and you have their characters down so well. I love the little character/friendship analysis bits too. This is fantastic.

LOVEEE THIS BOOK ...

Feeling for Wally here. Sure, he was a little bit careless at first, but realising in how much danger his friend is in practically always? That must be really hard and I loved how you wrote the bathroom scenes at the party. Also, I like Barry. He's the perfect mix of approachable (and approaching) caretaker and conscientous guardian.

This is a wonderful story about friendship. I enjoyed the moments of suspense as well as the humor. It was all very well balanced.
