I particularly loved how she almost sliced a finger earlier on when he came down from his shower. Just the mental picture was enough to drive me crazy. I love the introspective Gibbs who has nightmares and worries. So sexy. |
| Rochir chapter 4 . 5/7/2013 Ok - had to read this chapter 3-4 times before I felt I could review...something about losing the ability to form coherent sentences lol. Love how their guts are in sync...neither believe it's truly Dearing in the car. Then how they support each other through the funerals - just strengthening that bond...that connection... Then - you just gotta love an impatient Gibbs lol. Glad to see Abby confront Gibbs about Dr Ryan...stake that claim right up front. As for the rest...whew! |

| Kesterpan chapter 6 . 4/28/2013 Great ending to this part of the story... had to be a difficult balance, with relief and tentativeness and each trying not to mess up. I like that Gibbs called her and the story opened after she already knew that he was ok... and I like that not everything was immediately solved as a result. No matter how long they've been friends and how well they know each other, this is a new relationship and they're both overly sensitive to each other's needs - as well as to their own perceived shortcomings. You get that across really well. Makes sense that Abby's the one to break down the tenuous barrier between them - she's not one to hold out for long on the emotional front. They're clearly reunited by the end of the story but there are still questions - I'm looking forward to seeing where FoR is going to take them! |
