I like this. The writing is good :) However the ending feels very rushed. This could have benefited from at least another 1k one so to expand upon the ending.

This line was fantastic, how Sherlock hears his own intuition but chooses to ignore it because surely John and Lestrade are better trained than him, aaaah, it’s so tragic!

I also totally love the scene-setting details you’ve included and especially Lestrade’s role: using his cellphone to illuminate the wound so John can work better and iholding Sherlock’s hand/i, omg, that was absolutely my favorite part. Soooo adorable.
