Well... This story has been absolutely depressing but depressingly good. Wow. I'm crying but I'm happy. Congratulations author. You've made me confused of my emotions :")

Okay, so I just finished the Epilogue after writing my other review. I loved the story and the Epilogue, a nice bitter-sweet ending to the story. Although, I feel bad for the world that the Guardians are gone. It's almost poetic Justice in Pitch's case. Pitch wanted to be alone, he wanted to win, and win he did (depending on how you look at it...), but "you should always be careful what you wish for, because you might just get it all."
I like the implication that Jack joins his friends after passing (look I can't even write the word...) just to show the conflict that is running under the surface, but I still loved it! Great Job!

I love it. I figured out in Chapter 5 that the "nightmare" was reality and what Jack thought was "reality" was actually a dream. The whole Sandy, Tooth, and North giving him a "sad look" that he missed gave it away too. I remembered your comment about Chapter 2 and the Last Chapter being the worst- that helped. It's awful, I generally like my endings happy, but I'm grinning from ear to ear... I guess I'm happy I picked up on the some of the clues- only 'number one' and 'number two' though of your reasons through... and only slightly on 'number one'. Oh well...

I've never reviewed before so idk what the common courtesy around these things are (I've been reading fanfic on this website for years I've just never had the guts to review) but I just wanted to say that this piece of work is absolutely beautiful and the way you ended the whole thing seemed just right and with the whole plot twist and everything was both shocking and intriguing. Thank you for this piece of art work :)

This story killed me in so many ways, and the fact I realized what was happening really early didn't help, so I just had my horror grow with each passing chapter. And somehow I still loved it.

That story was amazing! I have to admit, I caught on to the "reality isn't" thing pretty quickly, so I wasn't surprised. But I have to admit, I actually teared up at the end and that's EXTREMELY rare for me! I was connected to the story and the plot was great! Thanks so much!

Well first off, I am going to say that the warnings definately help. Secondly, this story from what I have read is phenominal and amazing in everyway. I am still very interested and want to know what happens...

with that being said...after the first two chapters, I have decided to take up your warning (at least until I am better able to handle the toying as currently I am not in a possition to through my mind into this much mental instability...
I found that this chapter (if I can ignore my curiosity and the subtle hints) is most likely going the be the best exit point since I am already invested into this story.

You'll most likely see me again on this story once my willpower is sapped. Once again, your writing is amazing. There is nothing wrong with the writing or grammar as far as I can tell, and you have given warnings at the beginning. However, as I am not the best with angst I will be taking my leave now.

Please keep writing if that is what you enjoy. I do believe that your writing style is interesting and at a higher level then mine, and do hope that one day I will be able to continue this mind-twisting, heart-wrenching story.

I hate and love you so much for this mindf*ck of a story, as you put it. How dare you put me through that! But at the same time... you honestly had me questioning what was real and what wasn't throughout this story. So basically... yeah, I hate you, but you're so amazing. I don't know what to feel.

That was... Wow... Really just, dang... I'd have to say that was the best fanfic I've ever read. Truly awesome and amazing with twists done that I've never seen before. Poor jack. I feel bad becuz I didn't cry when the guardians died but it was like midnight and I was half awake. I must say, I'm still sobbing from the ending. Completely unexpected and yet so relaxing to see he got the peace he finally deserved and needed! You are a truly amazing writer! I can't wait to read more and I'll look up to you as a future writer!
