Zaaze chapter 1 . 4/3/2016 OMG... This...This...I-It's just so good and very Evocative Oh how I wish you could make an actual story for this... Please do more of Higurashi/Hetalia cross over! |
FallenwaterTheFallen chapter 1 . 3/25/2016 Beautiful. New friendships too... Just...Beautiful. |
Violet Thropp chapter 1 . 7/22/2015 I thought this amazing. Everyone was in character and I really enjoyed it! |
I have no name chapter 1 . 8/11/2014 Brilliant story, wonderfully written. I only have one critique. The countries didn't come up with their names until the most recent timeline, as to differentiate from their previous selves. It would change the story greatly if you tried to fix it, but I just thought I'd mention that for future stories so you won't make the same mistake. Other than that, it's great. :) |
Stinabean11 chapter 1 . 2/12/2014 Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes YES. |
wolfspirit34 chapter 1 . 6/25/2013 I'm angry this doesn't have more reviews. I'm thoroughly blown away by this, and I can see this happening in a past time loop for both Rika and Italy. The length of this, plus fantastic descriptions and dialogue, helped to keep me hooked. Rika, Italy, Germany, England...everybody is in character, which I love. The storyline was great because it was done without directly copying off a loop from HetaOni and instead adlibbing a new one. The poem in the beginning set the mood almost immediately. The sad feel was accompanied by hope and, well, humour ("Yippe-ki-ya, motherf_er!"). Italy/Rika I think is now one of my favourite crossover pairings. Heh-heh. This actually helped me see both the Higurashi world and the HetaOni world much clearer, but if I may ask; doesn't the clock Italy speaks of unlocks where the key is, not go back in time? However, there were several cases when I was having trouble telling who was talking, and the deaths of the characters I felt lacked a lot of drama. I encourage you thoroughly describe these scenes to give the reader enough emotion before death, so we can experience that grief as our own. Good luck! Wolfie |
Shadow of the katana chapter 1 . 6/16/2013 Much better than I expected, your writing is great and is one of the few (one other) good finished fanfics I've seen. Would have preferred more China and his interactions with Japan but that's just me |
Guest chapter 1 . 4/20/2013 ...hmm...This was a lot better than I expected it to be...quite impressive. I was a bit skeptical at first before reading this, thinking it wasn't going to be that good. However, once I started reading, I realized that you'd proved me wrong. Well done. Your writing style is breathtaking which made this story much more exciting. My only disappointment was that Russia and China were barely in this, despite that the ending had me satisfied. Although you probably won't write a sequel to this, I would be somewhat pleased if you did. Kudos to you for pulling this off. -Anonymous |
