Draco is Pansy's friend? Nope, he was clearly just using her in this chapter, completely oblivious to this law's repercussions on her. And why is he so upset, anyway, given that the law, as written, didn't obligate him to *bid*, let alone marry, a "lesser" witch, only to attend the auction.
