My searching through HP fan fiction for the criteria of both both excellent writing and storyline of Snape and Harry was rewarded when stumbling upon this story! I’m hoping that you are not finished as the further potential here is great. There are some writers, (tho’ not many), who so capture the soul of the characters that they write... that make them so believable that, as the reader, I can sit in the corner of the scene, viewing it as it unfolds; it is such a pleasure when I find an author who can do that, as you do. Thank you.

It has been two years since the last update so would like to see an update and the story finished and those who have wronged Harry and others get what they deserve.

In both the United States and Great Britain it is illegal for Teacher and other Staff to spank a student. It can result in a teacher being fired and sent to prison for a period of time.

Love this! Are you going to continue it? I know you mentioned writer's block before, so I thought to give you a suggestion. When I get really bad writer's block, it's typically because I'm feeling too much pressure, either to write or really anything else, and/or I'm really anxious about something else. So, if that comes up, don't try to force yourself to write. Instead, do something to help yourself relax and get back into a more naturally creative frame of mind. Exercise, or meditation, or drawing, or something. Whatever you enjoy and is relatively sensory. :0) Anyway, I really really love this story! I really hope you continue it!

I hope that Harry thinking he deserved it was his past abuse talking, and this wasn't some justification for Snape for the story. I hope it is acknowledged that what Snape did was highly abusive and a gross abuse of power, and not the least bit justified, because if not...well words cannot describe how disgusted I'd feel that anyone can believe a student deserves to be severely beaten by a grown adult, over being nosy, when there are far better ways to deal with it.
