I hate it when stories shift him to another world and just because he went through a portal or was teleported for some reason his entire body mutates or alters. He loses his chakra and ability to produce it just because no one else has it in the world.

Chakra is the combination of physical and mental energy residing INSIDE their bodies, it flows through a chakra network that produces chakra for them, this means no matter where he is his body would still produce chakra for him to use. Don't listen to idiots, Naruto losing his chakra because he's in a different world is ridiculous and just idiotic, him losing his chakra would actually just kill him as it would put him in a sort of chakra exhaustion.
