This was really quite perfect. You have portrayed both Misaki and Akihiko beautifully in character.
So many lovely elements in this and your descriptions wonderfully evocative and yet concise, the emotional timbre too, not too fluffy or sickly sweet or overly melodramatic... just so.

This is a perfect example of what makes an excellent drabble. Thank you for brightening my day with this wonderful little slice of Romantica life.

Moving up from the visual and auditory cacophony of the streets to hushed confessions in the intimacy of a darkened bedroom was a wonderful ascent. The rapport between these two was wonderful to read, each knowing the other and yet still evolving together in such a way that surprise is still available to them.

I always relish a piece where Misaki declares his love first. And the end of this fic, Akihiko's reflections, was quite beautiful.
