liked the short apperance of Shelby. Felix affinity for snow, ice, and penguins, and his search for the egyptian god of ice. Could there be a connection to the second Earth stargate, located in antarctica?

Also about your description of Nico as a hothead in the books, I don't agree. In the books, Nico is almost constantly in over his head. Starting at ten, he is the youngest demigod to take a major part in the important quests, at the same time he is the one with by far the worst support network. Plus,to start with he doesn't even remember most of his past. Most demigods go to camp, and have friends to help them, Nico gets a manipulative ghost. Despite (or beacause of) this, he gives the impression of being older than he actually is, at the end of "Blood of Olympus" he still can't be any older than thirteen, an age most demigods start becoming heroes.

In Death God Alliance, he has a closer realtionship to the Jacksons, Percy in particular, and he is more or less adopted by the Kanes, giving him a far more stable foundation to work from.

I wonder, how does it work when someone tries to look up information on demigods or magicians living in magically concealed locations? Camp half-blood has a cover story but Brooklyn house for example, is built on top of a warehouse and does not officially exist. (There is a similar situation in New Rome.) So what adress are the Kanes listed under on the records?

It makes sense that demigods would understand all dialects of ancient greek, not just the one that is best known in modern times. Actually, thinking about it, that instinctive knowledge of greek and latin sounds a bit similar to the gouald's inheirited memories.
