Love this! Absolutely brilliant! The conversation flow is perfection.

"God, I hate you," John says fondly.
Sherlock folds tighter around John, shifts one foot between John's ankles and kisses the inside of John's upper arm. "I hate you too, John."

And I just can't.

But I'll try anyway: Loving John not being an idiot here and realizing the situation - deducing Sherlock's childhood (and yes, a faint reference to drug years). Loving Sherlock 'loving' John without actually - loving - him. Loving they spent the night in the Jeep. And most of all, grinning like an idiot at the ending.

Devious, conniving Sherlock. LOL.
