Oh gosh, THIS FIC. How can I even start this review!?
You are such a wonderful writer, I can't help but to be in awe of your talent! Before getting across your story, I was honestly very reluctant to start reading any young royai stories; I guess I was just stuck with the after-brotherhood daydreams and the sinking thought that no fic involving young Riza and Roy would ever please my shipper needs, but, boy, was I wrong, for I had the most pleasant time reading (and re-reading) every chapter of yours. You put so much heart and head into this, and it shows! I loved the epilogue; from there, I knew there wasn't point of return... Your narrative delivers such emotion and comprehension of what the characters are going through, and the situations you put them in are just so well-thought!
I know every human experience is different, but I believe wholeheartedly that you made every reader that's ever visited your fic feel a bit of everything you intended them to. And that's just amazing! Thank you for telling your story, I felt so many things and I'm so very grateful for that. :')
(So sorry for the excessively long message; now I'm embarrassed, but oh well, I HAD to get some things out of my chest.)

Kat-N chapter 37 . 4/17/2019
Ok, this is adorable. This whole thing is beyond adorable. I've been hooked for weeks now. Mostly because I had to work and so I couldn't make it just a 24h marathon, but also because I couldn't help but reading some parts twice, and also because I didn't want it to end that soon. Plus, I'm Spanish so English is not my mother tongue, thus I'm a little slower than an average reader, dictionary in hand every now and then. I've loved every chapter, every dialogue, everything. I've been enthralled with the characters' and their relationship development, and I've loved the OCs, specially Roy's sisters. I've already started following Alphabet Series, and I'm delighted to see that you posted the last chapter just a few days ago, which means you're still an active author and therefore you're more likely to see this comment. But even if you weren't, I was already determined to drop it. You undoubtedly deserved it.

Keep going like that, you've got such talent. I'm going to continue reading everything you have already posted here, but I'm also looking forward to read what's still only in your mind. Thank you for the time and effort you've put in this. Cheers!

...This chapter is, so, so, SO cute.

One of my favourite Royai stories!
Ba-sing-saying chapter 35 . 2/2/2019
I went back through the comments and found that the last comment I left, after my last time re-reading this story, was February 5, 2018, so it’s been almost exactly a year... and I know I had already re-read and commented before, so I guess this has become an annual event now. I wait just long enough for the details of this wonderful story to get a bit murky in my memory and then dive right back in at the beginning, knowing at the end that I’ll be leaving another comment and hoping you won’t mind that they’re repetitive. I’ll also confess that I’ve used this more than once as a way to put off doing my own writing (“but studying my favorite stories will help me write better,” I tell myself). I only wish I had a physical copy of this fanfic to have on my shelf— if I did, I’m sure it would be well-worn by now. I adore Infinite Arms and Pistols and I’ve enjoyed your alphabet series very much, and I hope you don’t take my always coming back to this one story as an indication that I like the others any less— this one just holds a special place for me.

I'm pretty sure the lack of coherent thought I've been experiencing these past few days was brought on by your amazing story. Beautifully written and captivating from start to finish. With a heavy heart, but also excitement, I already moved on to the Alphabet Series and pretty much plan to read everything Royai you've ever written.
vinoanddoggos chapter 37 . 6/27/2018
This story was amazing. I know I'm a few years late to reading it (oops) but I'm so glad that I'm getting around to it now. This was honestly just perfect. Thank you for such a good journey.
vinoanddoggos chapter 36 . 6/27/2018
This...might be my favorite chapter of this entire thing. And that's saying a lot because I've loved every single chapter.
vinoanddoggos chapter 33 . 6/27/2018
“It’s one of those instinctual, cave-man-brain reactions, okay?” GodDAMN I love the way you write Roy. And the fact that this section was actually from the mind of a teenage boy just makes it that much better. Ugh this is just one of the many instances in this chapter alone that I’ve fallen in love with his character all over again.

“’Damn this rain,’ he mumbled miserably, swiping at the salt water on his cheeks.” AHHHHHH YOU DID THE THING

vinoanddoggos chapter 25 . 6/26/2018
Okay, Roy saluting Riza was a great role-reversal that really drives home how important she is to him. Wonderful writing!
