I Love this story! I'd love to read more harrymort as well.

I can definitely respect looking back on old works and realizing that you could do much better now. Lord knows the stuff I wrote when I was 15 was awful! That said, I did enjoy this story when you posted it even if it got a bit ham-fisted with the evilness and the bashing. It was a fun read! After all this time, I'm sure your writing has improved leaps and bounds, so I'd be really excited to read another story if you choose to return to the fandom. You'll definitely have a reader base if you start something new. Good luck with whatever you choose!

I don't think anyone would have expected an Update anymore, since as it has been 5 Years and I personally do not know a single fanfiction that has been updated by the Author after such a long time.
So yes I am not surprised but I am happy if you would write another Harry/Voldemort fic their are not that many out their and I find that pairing quite nice and you can do so much with it really...

Wow I’m shocked to have receive an update on this fanfic after so many years but it’s good to hear from you. I definitely would not mind reading a new harrymort fic. I’ve always enjoyed reading about Harry turning dark! Never gets old!

Don't worry too much about abandoning a story, a lot of authors start young and never get around to finishing a story for one reason or another (I did that too). Thanks for letting us know! If you're interested in writing another Harrymort story that involves Harry progressively joining the dark side then I would be delighted to read it! Thanks again and stay safe and healthy :)

Don't worry about it, hon. If you can't continue where you left off, can't fix it like you want, and/or can't find any love or even fondness for it - then letting the story go is probably the best option. :)

Oh, well. This was a rollercoaster - first excitement because of the update, then sadness because the story will not be continued nor re-written... then absolute joy because "a new harrymort fanfiction that does delve into Harry's darker side in a more natrual and progressive way" i my jam. Like, 110% my jam.

So, if you can find the time and motivation, I would be absolutely THRILLED if you wrote such a story! 3

The note at the end of the chapter says that the author is going to update next year but its been 5 lol

I guess it depends on if you're going to make this a long story. if you are then maybe skip through it and only write about the impprtant parts. but there is also the problem tt are you gonna continue the story after the movie ends? if not then you can just keep going as you are now.

Id like to point out that its been, 5 FREAKIN' YEARS since u last updated this story...just saying.
