I like this one shot. It's nice seeing a different twist normally it's Merlin waiting forever. Hearing about Arthur having to wait instead if Merlin actually makes it a little better for me because Merlin had gone through so much already.

I cried. You don't know how momentous that is for me. I don't usually cry over books/literature in general (mostly because I routinely read smut during my high school economics class, but I digress) and you made me cry! I love it, though. However, my sister officially thinks I am insane and my mom is convinced I'm either PMSing or badly injured. Oh, well. Worth it, lol. :)

This is so sweet and sad! I smiled and cried! I also loved the idea of Arthur gaining Merlin's magic and being immortal. It helped him to truly understand the magic. I also like the twist where it's Arthur who waits for Merlin (and the others) instead of Merlin waiting. Good job!
