That opening is painful and really nice emotionally. You certainly set the stage well. As for the brief SM intro... those are some pairings I had not expected. Ami/Usagi? Minako/Makoto? I like it. Looking forward to more.

I know this story is several years out of date but I had to review anyway, what the hell were you smoking when you made this? Ryoga being smart enough to hide his strength and beat Ranma? ok let’s look all through both manga and anime Ranma episodes, Ryoga always goes full on in his fights, and still loses, Ranma beat both Herb and Saffron, Ryoga couldn't even beat Herbs retainers Lime and Mint, even if you ignored Herb and Saffron Ranma stood on par with Happosai and Cologne, Ryoga wouldn't stand a chance against ether, if you went on to say it was Ranmas distraction by Ryoga being cured or Akane shouting at him that caused Ranma to lose fair enough but to have Ryoga beat him via skill, speed and strength your having a f**king laugh. all the characters were well ooc.

Akane actually managing a hit on Shampoo? she could kick Akanes arse blind folded! like Ranma she’s trained all her life but she was trained as a warrior to KILL, the only reason she lets Akane live is to keep Ranma happy.

you mention Genma selling Ranma but nothing else like why, Ranma doesn't even react when told? why, if I was sold again I would like to know what for but once again it’s just one of many plot holes that need filling badly

If you please, CONTINUE THIS! This was such a great story and I hate seeing great things left incomplete. If other pepole don't like it all I have to say is SCREW 'EM! I want to see more of Daughter of the Dragonlines!

I like the story, but I think you might have a typo when Shampoo transforms into Sailor Charon. I think word you want is fuku, hehe not the word you put

more more more, these chapters are great, better then before, theres more detail put into the story.

It seems to be a common question here - what's with all the guys in the story? Must be something in the water. :} Maybe it's a mental modifier device the bad-guy is using.

Other than that, it's starting to take shape pretty well.

One technical point - you have to qualify to go to high school in Japan. If Ranma's transcripts were missing or in dispute, she'd take placement tests that determined if she was qualified to go to that particular h.s., and in what grade she'd start. Shampoo would DEFINITELY have to take placement tests.
