Why is naruto even going if he's so jumpy? sounds like he's off to a GREAT start with uzu, to be honest, HE JUST DOESN'T NEED the leaf anymore. I also don't get WHY he's so nervous, he already has killed like a DOZEN or more of THEIR BEST, beaten the hokage (supposedly the STRONGEST ninja that they GOT). So he's kinda taken everything the village can throw down with, and STOMPED A MUD HOLE IN THEIR REAR-ENDS and WALKED IT DRY! Plus he's got two other jinchruiki with him, they have enough concentrated power NOW to destroy the leaf SEVERAL TIMES OVER easily!

"naruto is still a kid"... You said he's fifteen right? Hell I know some 15 yr olds that are already FULLY GROWN! Heck by shippuden in canon he's only 16! and there he's beating gods, leading armies, already known and beloved by MOST of the world, fighting in wars! Ninja aren't really known for their "longevity".

Why in the world does naruto keep saying "I love this village, but.." HOW COULD HE love the crap-hole? It was WORSE then prison! You cannot really love a place that NEVER eases up on the condemnation! Yes he got his powers here, but that was NOT by the will of the village, they'd have kept him, DUMB, CLUELESS, CLANLESS, weak, and STILL not knowing ANYTHING AT ALL about his past... That's NOT really a place to love.

Is it really safe to have fuu walking around the hell-hole alone? That doesn't seem too bright. Especially since people from taki might be in the village.

Again, if he's ALREADY a kage, what's the point of doing the exam? That doesn't make any sense. Why would he want to be a gennin or chunin of the leaf, if he's never going to BE THERE? Plus it's kinda a big step BACKWARDS isn't it?

If he's that edgy about even going into the COUNTRY, then why in the hell would he walk into "the belly of the beast" so to speak and go to konoha at ALL?! Why not wait 1 year and go to suna when THEY have the exams, or just say to hell with the exams all together! (I mean they are put on permanent cancel in 1 and a half years, at least until boruo's time, because people can't seem to keep from messing them up) Just have the raikage give him a license if he wants one so bad, he never did get a headband from sarutobi so it doesn't really matter WHICH village gives him one, he's just going to back to uzu and be the kage, so really it's kinda pointless.

Always confused me, when konoha is the BAD GUYS they are damn near OMNIPRESENT, in that naruto can't seem to step out his front door without TRIPPING over the idiots! Yet when they are the GOOD GUYS, their security sucks donkeys, they are NEVER around where needed, and they have to keep sending gennin out on missions because they never seem to have enough people! Rather INCONSISTENT wouldn't you say?

The leaf, for all of it's cowardly, idiotic, MORONIC WAYS, LOVES POWER, it loves power over ANYTHING ELSE (money, titles, rep, ANYTHING) it is a whack job for power, Even the EVIL parts of it DROOL over power, so getting naruto with ANYONE from the leaf (ex. hinata, sakura) is REALLY, REALLY EASY.. Say he wants them! They will be THROWN at him! sasuke is OLD FISH, they already know everything the sharringan can do, and to be frank, it didn't save the entire clan and he can't even use it properly, he's a DUD. Naruto ALREADY WHOPPED the hokage, killed I dunno how many anbu and root, PIMP SLAPPED danzo around and stormed anbu hq LIKE THE WRATH OF GOD, and that was YEARS AGO! Most of the clan heads would be "creaming their pants" at the idea of getting someone like that as "family". And the hokage? Well he should just be making out his last will and testament (although why the villagers haven't already BURNED HIM AT THE STAKE is beyond me)

Why would naruto go to konoha for the exams? He's already founding a village, just declare himself a jounin or KAGE and be done with it, he's NOT a member of konoha (never was) so why go there for a meaningless title, given by people that DO NOT MATTER in his life!? See? Difficult to get him motivated after he gives the big "SCREW YOU and the HORSE YOU RODE IN ON!" speech to konoha... Konoha gets ITSELF in most of the problems that move the story on, because it keeps sticking it's nose in stuff that doesn't concern it and making enemies out of just about everybody. They seem to have a real NACK for doing that and creating abominations/monsters out of their own people.

Why does every author that gives naruto powers, always make them so that they tire him out to much to use them!? It's STUPID! Just ONCE I'd like to read a powered-up naruto story, where 1. he NEVER falls unconscious (as in it's IMPOSSIBLE to knock him out) and 2. He can use his bloody powers as much as he bloody well wants!

In THIS story though, he's already ripped konoha a new asshole, BEAT THE HOKAGE single handed, and killed like 25 anbu, I'm pretty sure the gennin SHOULD LEAVE HIM THE HELL ALONE! (for their sake)

You know if naruto is going to ask zabu to join his village, he might wanna instruct him in BASIC physics first, that it's NOT incredibly intelligent to strap a lightning rod to one's back, especially if one is a WATER user. At least start wearing some rubber gloves and/or rubber boots!

The "demon brothers" also might want to up their combat portfolio from more then "wrap the enemy in a chain", seems KINDA NARROW of a subset, "use a stupid chain that makes it so a POWERFUL enemy can basically play JUMP-ROPE with our corpses!". Not seeing the effectiveness there.

A LARGE harem as you suggested, gets into a logistics NIGHTMARE, Not just who spends time with him (he can solve that one with shadow clones).. But remembering all the kids' names, and heritages, "who gets what, when"... That kinda thing. Small is possible even for a "normal" human, medium is where I think it should stay for someone like naruto. Otherwise there can't be any (REAL) love there, it's just TOO divided. They become more TROPHIES or pokemon "gotta catch em' all".. Rather then partners, or lovers. It's EASY to get into the high digits with this series (it's like "love hina - ninja style") But you just gotta remember to watch who cares for him, and who cares for his TITLE. Then it becomes easier to navigate.

zabu should be LAUGHABLY easy for naruto to beat, considering the idiot is standing in water with a LIGHTNING ROD strapped to his back. (large hunk of metal, made of MOSTLY iron.. yep, that's a LIGHTNING ROD) ... This one is like a complete NO-BRAINER on how to beat! Because UNLIKE MOST lightning rods which are PLANTED IN THE GROUND or into the metal part of a house, this MORON holds his in his hands.. Basically making HIM apart of whatever circuit is created. ("and for zabu's second BOZO idiot trick, he will punch a dragon in the nuts!" Are we certain he's NOT from konoha? Because being that much of a mental MIDGET, he'd definitely fit in there!)

Yeah I never understood why naruto and fuu, didn't well... "naruto prepared an imari in his mouth and it grew larger and larger, Fuu did as well... when they unleashed them... BOOM, Taki no longer existed, every man, woman and child DIED that day and taki CEASED TO EXIST"... Kinda sends a MESSAGE, your "weapons", you don't control anymore, and you CAN'T STOP THEM! AND THEY CAN EASILY rub you out of existence.

When you get to your "talking among the characters" or anything that is RELEVANT to the story, instead of author exposition (which you should really NEVER DO).. use three spaces. Remember its a story about them, not a story about you telling a story (you should never be in the picture)

There are a FEW problems with this chapter, one kumo and konoha aren't friends.. AT ALL they are NOT at the chuninn exams because they ARE NOT ALLIES... More of a "don't hit me, I won't hit you" type acquaintances.. Iwa is ALSO not going to be at the exams (don't hit me, I won't CRUSH YOUR WORLD)... Again, NOT ALLIES... I don't see why this is so difficult for authors to accept. It's like the idea of dictatorship being so alien.. It's not that hard to wrap your mind around... Kings and Queens ruled like that for CENTURIES! Does it all put the blame on ONE HEAD? YES, yes it pretty much does (heavy is the head that wears the crown.. there is a reason that saying exists)

Why an oc? There are literately THOUSANDS in the naruto-verse of "one-and done" characters... THOUSANDS, but you feel the need to bring in another oc? FOR WHAT PURPOSE? Didn't you have ENOUGH OCs with the three in his head? I can see bringing in an oc to teach naruto his new abilities, but OTHER then that, I feel they CLUTTER up the story, they AREN'T NEEDED. Make a usual character do it (most barely have a personality, so altering them isn't a stretch).. Take hinata, ALL we know about her is, 1. She's TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH NARUTO (in fact I think that's the complete reason her character exists) 2. She's shy. 3. She's had about as rough of a time with her "family" as naruto has had with the village... BUT THAT'S IT, that's all we know...AND SHE'S ONE OF THE MORE FLESHED OUT characters! Chouji...1. Wears underwear as a head piece. 2. Eats a LOT. 3. Friends with shika... AND THAT'S IT! Did his dad know minato? (I assume he knew him on sight)... Does his clan roam the other landscapes looking for ingredients? Shika's clan, do they fear the shadows they control? Do they worship them? Do they view them as a tool? AGAIN we don't know.

NORMALLY I don't say anything about the author just the story, but you really need to break up the big clumps of story, use double spaces or something. They are entirely to much to read and they come off as ONE BIG RUN-ON sentence. Other then that, the story is pretty good. (wish you would have just killed danzo though, he's not really that important and would have made a good statement).

Actually shouldn't it go "you want out, I know that, but you get out and I die, so I am not letting you out and you know that"... "I really don't care, if you got out and went on your merry way, or got out and reduced konoha to ashes and screams of the dead, but again, you get out I die... So, not happening.".

Why does naruto have SO MANY QUESTIONS in all of these stories? You realize he never asks a SINGLE ONE in canon! (when he finds out about kyuubi, when the fourth shows up, when kushina shows up, NOT ONE QUESTION!)... Just ROLL WITH IT, stop all the exposition! It bores the hell outta the reader, and LIFE DOESN'T COME WITH AN INSTRUCTION MANUEL!

This is why I don't like training chapters, there is nothing these morons could possibly teach him! No wonder naruto (in canon) has to make his own jutsu, I'm surprised these idiots don't injure themselves getting out of bed in the morning! "lets go kick a time bomb that can kill us all if it goes off, plus the bomb looks exactly like the ONLY other blue-eyed blonde with spikey hair that's ever existed in the village... After that we can play 'how long can I keep my head in the croc's mouth' or 'lets poke the sleeping dragon in the eye with a stick'!... yah!" I'm pretty sure these incompetent retreads weren't worth dying for!
