My God. This story is an absolute gem and has been such a pleasure to read. I remember reading it years ago and finishing it, but don't know how I hadn't reviewed. You are amazing and your writing is amazing as well. Thank you for writing and finishing this story despite being so busy in medical school. I hope you graduated with flying colors!

When I had just read the first chapter it seemed to be a story about a bombshell Sakura being secretly married to a rich bad boy Sasuke, but it has turned into so much more and was never that simple. I love how you explored their relationship, their relationship with themselves and others in their life. It was so real with so many ups and downs. Twists at every turn. I loved absolutely every single bit of it, the good and the bad. I would have loved to see Sasuke and Sakura have kids and see what relationship they would have with them. Sasuke freaking out over Sakura's pregnancy, first few months of being parents, and etc. If you're inspired maybe you could write a sequel made up of a collection of one shots. That would be really neat and would be just as lovely as this story. I hope you keep writing if it is still a passion of yours, because it's too wonderful to give up. You have a talent. I am extremely happy to have been able to read and re-read this wonderful story. Thank you, so so much. :)

Dinner scene is absolutely the sweetest hard-earned moment for this characters. They deserve it.

Besides them talking about their past issues and recognizing their fault, what made me happy about the ending of this story is that they acknowledge that there are issues that could possibly still haunt them and they accept that.

Accept it in a way that this time, they'll be able to face it together.

We can't all deny how Fugaku is truly looking out for Sasuke in his own peculiar adamant way. It shows that he care. He truly do and i'm sooo happy that Sakura and Sasuke are also like that in their own way.

"I am not okay." ...those four words made me cry above every family issues they have... Those four words that ultimately makes anyone know that you're vulnerable and recognizing that right now you lost to life..

The more hurt a person receives verbally or even emotionally, our brain interprets it as physical injury as to why our body uses anything to defend itself in every way. That is why a person doesn't easily accept contradictions because our brain interprets it as if we've been hurt physically and injury in any form is takes a lot to heal.

When Fugaku gave that ultimatum and Sasuke just slumped feeling defeated and the Mei dropped the bomb.. Even i wouldn't argue about his decision of ending his life...

That fucking hurt...

and I wanted to hug him too and make all those remove all those hurt away..

When Sakura purposefully remarked Fugaku's presence in his son by that calling quip is such a queen move! LOVE IT!

I know there has been, like, years since you finished this fic, I'm not even sure if you still want to hear about your old stories, specially one that gave you such struggle. But I needed to tell you this: your story is just absolutely marvelous!
I simply LOVED the way you portraited the characters, you gave them SO MUCH personality with so little and it made me sympathize with them immediately because of that, how every single trait of their personality makes sense based on their story and the world they grew in. Loved the way the story seemed to naturally flow, nothing seemed forced, everything for some reason felt very organic and it felt like it really is how these characters would be in a world without shinobi forces, with only normal and ordinary people. Loved that you started the story (even if unintentionally) after the wedding - falling in love stories are great, but an after marriage story felt even better. Loved the way you adapted the original places into the real but not quite world. Loved what you did with Itachi from the very first line and how all the characters' stories seemed to be the perfect ordinary world parallel of what they've been through.
Loved every single Sakura moment at the hospital, Sasuke check mate at Ame, Mikoto being a marvelous character, teared with Sasuke's story, laughed a lot, felt a lot and loved every single word you've written. Thank you for your story.

Also, from you footnotes I know you must be a graduated doctor by now or somewhat in the way, right? I don't know how's the process to become one and I know it's different for every country, but I'm guessing you're deep in the medicine now. I don't know if you're going to read this in the given time, being busy and and all, but if that's true then you're in the frontline against the virus and I can't imagine how hard that must be. I mean, here I am during this quarentene times, at some random place in the world, lucky enough to had learned English as a second language to read your fic (staring a great doctor), years after you've finished this, while you must be doing a 24/7 shift in a hospital risking your life. I like irony, your past self did something for me now while now you're helping every one you can. What I mean to safe is: Good luck! I really hope you're well and get through this (even if by any chance you gave up medicine) to write even more fics!
