For someone who says shes not a writer this is a really good short story. Don't doubt what you can do, it's one of the best short fanfics I've read.

i don't think so for the height. my brother is 6'2" and my dad is barely 6', and my mom is 5'8". my husband is 6'4", his dad is about 6', and his mom is tiny, like 5'5" or so (tiny might be relative, i'm 5'11" myself).kids can totally be taller than either parent, or shorter or the same height. genetics are funky, like the fact that jack clearly carries the redhead gene, maddie has two pairs (auburn, but it counts) as well as jazz, so danny could have been a redhead too, but only got at most one of the redhead genes.

Emotional and a great plot. You're writin style was clear and the characterization she were fantastic. In other words, I loved it

That was fun, I love me a good reveal fic! It's always interesting to see how Maddie (or Jack, when he's present) takes the news as a ghost scientist who "knows" it's impossible. And Danny trying to explain with all the worries about what could go wrong... Well, he got shot a little bit, but that was before the revelation and later on everything went quite well, all things considered...

I found this in a list of angsty Danny Phantom fanfiction and oh boy was I scared but at the end here, well, oh boy was I crying. This is an absolute masterpiece and I want 20 copies of it hanging on my wall.

I'm going to cry because this piece is wonderfully sad and bittersweet. So many things to be said about Maddie knowing but so many things it took to reach that level of knowledge. This piece is beautiful and thank you for writing and sharing.
