great story! loved your derek and karen (although I thought the last few paragraphs were a bit odd, and not quite in keeping with the tone of the story overall, what with the seemingly random addition of the pregnancy dangers PSA. I guess i think it's weird to randomly drop PPD and pre-eclampsia into a story if they weren't going to be serious big story lines, as they're rather serious and big issues, and it distracted me from an otherwise great story, right at the very end. maybe it was just me though, as a health care worker...anyway, i was glad to see karen got that tony in the end!

This was a great story up until the last chapter, it was just blah and too fast. It didn't fit it with the rest of the writing within the rest of the story.
Other thrn the last chapter it was a fantastic story that should of been considered for SMASH as it was well written and very true with what I and many others would of seen happening in the show.
Well done. Look forward to reading more of your work.

This last chapter was a bit to quick for me would of liked to find out about the shows Karen, Ivy and Derek were doing and what she went through to get the C section and have PPD.

This is great. Love how you have tryed to stay true to the show and characters. :)
The actual show could of had a lot of more going for it had it had better writers.
I heard a rumor that they had finished filming season 2 then found out it was canceled and so went back and re filmed new shots/stories...but I read your fan fiction to keep me going with the potential that SMASH actually had.

I loved the details about the clothing. Although Im not to fond of clothing, that was interesting!
