Again I am so so very sorry for taking so long to get back to this story but I am SO glad that I rediscovered it and read this chapter. It was BRILLIANT!

The first part with Eve and Xena was terrific. I really like the mother and daughter bond you’ve set between them and reading their dialogue I could hear and see the scene perfectly. Again you details are fabulous. Oh and Vigil’s dream, that part was…wow! I loved the way you wrote that. it was great to see Joxer again even if it did have a sad ending that had me tearing up. I always loved his character. I liked how we got to understand more of what happened before all of this too. The pieces are really coming together.

Xena talking with Eve and Vigil was also a great scene and the mention of Hercules made me smile—kinda hoping we might see him sometime in the story. Oo and then the big moment happened Xena found out about Tsuki! Terrifically written part, and I could hear the dramatic music in the background as I read it. And the ending of the chapter was a wonderful set up for the next chapter that I’m really looking forward to reading :D

This story is breaking my heart. Gabrielle has become the one thing she used to always stand up and fight against, though one cannot blame her. I was lucky enough to only just discover this story so I was able to read 7 chapters in a row without waiting :D Alas, now I am up to date and have to join those who have been here since the beginning in waiting for an update.
