Guest chapter 1 . 9/5/2017 This is an amazing story. Thanks for writing. Another author has copied most of this story. They've changed a little bit but a lot of it was word for word. I'm not sure why they did it. Going of their other story they are a good writer, not at your level but still good. From what i have read very few people are at your level. You set a very high standard for fanfiction. |
saashi samy chapter 1 . 5/13/2014 i like the couple interesting story |
Anjie chapter 1 . 4/13/2014 I really like the fact that Chloe was the one to help learn to fly. It really solidified their very strong intimate relationship they have. I hate that he got engaged to someone else though, I wanted them together. Great job with the story though. |
sparklylulz chapter 1 . 4/24/2013 Heartbreakingly, perfectly, and incredibly executed. I loved every line, and then ending... a punch to the stomach. But in a good way... if there's such a thing. |
Raj Sound chapter 1 . 4/22/2013 Amazing story. You captured the characters, the dynamic between them, and the overall tone of their entire relationship perfectly. It's a true testament to the devastating power of love, how it can transcend reason, bring out the best and worst in people, and leave a person irrevocably changed. It's particularly tragic that on some level, Chloe knew all she's not going to get her happy ending, no matter how much she might deserve it. Still, in this story at least, letting go of Clark gave a world that desperately needed it a Superman, even if "she would never let go completely." You've given us a great story. I look forward to reading more of them. |
whatweareafreaidof chapter 1 . 12/30/2010 This is great, chloe had a fight with clark becouse she knew he never was in love with her, I love. The line he took her flying one last time |
niakboryahoo.com chapter 1 . 1/30/2009 Still an excellent work! Shame someone plaguerized it into their story. Still like this one better |
WaffleNinja chapter 1 . 9/18/2008 So sad but I love it! |
ICanReadYouLikeABook chapter 1 . 12/8/2007 *sobbing* great job... |
MysticWolf1 chapter 1 . 7/23/2007 Wow! This was wonderful, amazing, complicated, insiteful, sad, and happy, all at once. I loved the intricasies of the relationship. It was perfectly done in a realistic mannor, addressing both their fears and their feelings. Although the ending was kind of sad, it was realistic in accordance to canon. You really are a very talented writer. |
seapinks chapter 1 . 5/10/2007 Brilliant. I love that the ending isn't the typical happy ending. |
vouge09 chapter 1 . 6/28/2006 why why why the ending. * sobs uncontrolably * it wasnt necesarry ! Oh no! I will just forget that ending ! After all the romance and all the banter he just leaves her , for LOIS im sure. Chloe deserves him way more than lois. |
agentinfinity chapter 1 . 6/20/2006 Very well written and heartfelt. Harsh ending. Still good though. |
MissVis chapter 1 . 6/16/2006 I absolutely loved your story. Beautifully written en touching. I couldn't stop reading, even though i really had to go to sleep. I don't have that very often with a book or story. It's a rare thing with me. So it proves to me that you're good. The ending. Many people said it before me, it's so sad. It dissapointed me, because you really wanna see Clark and Chloe end up together. To say it in the words of Nickelback: "Lets rewrite an ending that fits!" |
Superfan chapter 1 . 4/19/2005 Your piece is genius. There is no better word for it. You described the universe that is Superman completely. You shifted the Smallville Universe perfectly. Even though we don't actually see Lana in the story, she plays such an enigmatic role! That sounds like it could have really happened in the comics. Again, Fucking Genius! It's so sad, that all of Clark's world has to fall apart and the pieces have to build Superman's. One thing you could fix though. I know it is supposed to be sad but show some happy times! Show a little of Lana and Clark. Instead of ending with this era ending. End it with another begining. Lois. |
