This story is fantastic. I was in the rare mood for some Amorra and I found this gem. I love how you write Noatak and Tarrlok. I hope you update this again at some point if your ever in the Amorra mood again.

Great fic so far. Hope you continue writing some time to see how Noatak and Korra will get out of this mess. Never read this pairing before but I really enjoyed the story.

I have a problem with skipping things that bore me I usually will be all interested in a fic and then 15 chapters later I'll just start skipping a little here and there but not with this fic this has kept me interested all the way to chapter 20 so far so thank you for being awesome.

This was a wonderful find. Full disclosure, I haven't read this story absolutely in-depth yet; I skimmed quite a bit of it (mostly early on). But after having sped through the 20 chapters in these last two days, I cannot tell you how invested I've become in Korra's and Noatak's bond and how impressed I am with the overall plotting of this story. It has me on edge and is consistently fascinating and engaging. Something I've noticed is that you have a great sense of when to let things play out satisfyingly and when not to; there were so many times in here where a lesser story would have gone for the cheap drama, but this story avoided it practically entirely. I love how intimately Korra and Noatak understand each other and cannot get enough of their little heart-to-hearts. I love how their conversations can so often shift tones, from angry to sincere, from happy to introspective, etc. I just love everything about their relationship in this in general.

I hope to sit down eventually and give this an absolutely in-depth read from beginning to end, paying attention to all the details I've most definitely missed. The story does have some problems in execution; grammar mistakes, bits of dialogue early on where characters would use words they wouldn't normally use - especially Korra (though, I am very happy that you seem to have caught onto this by now and have tried to correct it; her word choice has been much more in-character for a while now, and the story's quality has increased because of it), and probably other things I've skimmed over as well. But the plot/story structure itself is impeccable, as are the characters' actions themselves. This is the character depth I never knew I so sorely wanted explored from Noatak (and Tarrlok), and I cannot express how happy I am to see it being explored so damn well.

In short, I sincerely hope to see this story continue soon (it seems like it's approaching its climax and possible conclusion from these last few chapters, though I may be wrong) - and if not soon, just to see it continue at all. You've built a WONDERFUL bond here, and it's completely blindsided me. I never thought I would be invested in a couple like Amorra. Never. But here I am, completely entranced. Thank you for that. This is the first time I've been so invested in a fanfic in years.

Yay, an update! It's been so long since I read this that I actually needed to re-read it... lol. Nice update tho. I hope it gets even more dramatic.
