I actually read your story again a couple of days ago, and I couldn't believe my eyes when the new chapter showed up! Hooray for life's little coincidences.

Aww, I really hope this story is not discontinued, because it is absolutely amazing so far! (Whoops, I kinda just blazed through pretty much the whole thing in a few hours, so excuse me for decompressing all over this review).

Totally unique concept, really cute to offset the well-written and believable angst, and a plot with enough foreshadowing to know that it will be really cool, but still keep you on your toes about what will happen (even with the author's notes); You clearly think of all angles for the characters' reasoning and actions, there's no b. here; Characters seem very IC and have great interaction; You handled the transition from Lukas being scared of Matthias to being in a relationship very elegantly/believably; So much more that's awesome with this but I just can't right now sldkfjds;lashfg

I would love to see more of this, whether it's fluff or plot. I'm just aching for either/both. But in the case you're not feeling up to it, for whatever reason, take your time and take care of yourself! I just wanted to let you know that I think you are totally awesome!

I had begun to woder what happened to this story, I'm glad its continuing even though I have no clue what exactly is going on anymore lol. Great work though I cant wait for more!

Poor Lukas. First day is always the toughest.

I really enjoy this story. Sorry I haven't had a chance until now to read the updates. I love how you handle the family dynamic between the three, and that Emil is adorable even when he's not being the most well-behaved child in the world. Matthias is great, and you portrayed Lukas's separation anxiety really well. I'm interested to read more about what was bothering Lukas so much. His reaction to the backpack incident was heart-tuggy and made me feel like Lukas has more reason to be so protective of Lukas than Matthias knows. I was intrigued by the bit from the first part of ch. 10, about the words from two different people, followed by the part about "The same deprecating snarl he'd heard for years." I'm not sure but I think this could either be a voice inside Lukas's own head, like the little voice that critiques everything you do, or that it was his father. Strong evidence for it being his father, who, I'm just going out on a limb here but I'm guessing was homophobic. And maybe knew or guessed Lukas would like a boy, or simply berated his son about anything that could be perceived as "girly." That would explain how strong his reaction was over the backpack thing. Or maybe he was just cruel. Or maybe I'm wrong and it's not his father at all, in which case I'd like to know what it really is. It'd be good if he could talk to Matthias about whatever's bugging him, though I know that's not easy, esp. for an introvert like Lucas. Anyway, love the story, and I'll definitely read whatever comes next. :)

Oh - and the bit with Toni? Okay, OWW. My heart. ACK. Is there more of a story behind that, or did he really just massacre the Italians? I'm wondering if it's something like Romano rejected him in life so as a shade with a cracked mind the normally easy-going Toni went nuts? Either way - ack. The feelings. Ivan may be bad, but so far it's just - Toni. The pain...

Amazing story. I fully intend to finish the rest of this story, it's really interesting, I love every single one of the characters.
